Très bien situé

Petit appartement très bien situé, à 10-15mn à pied du vieux port et des restaurants. + 5 mn pour le marché couvert. Seul bémol, accès parking souterrain et box à réserver à une voiture moyenne voir petite. Stationnement extérieur payant depuis cette année. Je recommande la location.

Appart. bien situé par rapport au centre ville, 1km environ pour le centre, les commerces, aquarium et le port etc... petite épicerie à 5mn - seul souci le garage sous-sol, impossible de nous garer à l'intérieur, nous avons été obligé de la laisser sur les parkings extérieurs, dommage.

Appartement au calme !

Au calme mais non loin du centre, cet appartement est idéalement situé à mi chemin du vieux port et du port des Minimes. Petite loggia pour prendre un peu l'air et agencement au plus pratique.

appartement bien situé. Un petit bémol : la place de parking n'accepte pas tous les modèles de véhicules, valable pour une "clio" par exemple. La personne qui accueille est super.

Bonne communication avant et pendant notre séjour. Acceuil à l'arrivée et au départ très sympathique aux heures prévues. Appart. très propre et bien équipé, lits confortables, situé à deux pas d'un Carrefour City pour alimentation et pain ou une boulangerie à 7mn...Centre ville, activités et commerces à 15mn toujours à pied (Si les ponts ne sont pas levés LOL). Les pistes cyclables sont au top. Attention au garage: une Mégane IV rentre tout juste en marche arrière et sans coffre de toit, mais il y a aussi un garage à vélo et des places toujours disponibles dans la rue calme juste au pied de la résidence. À voir: l'aquarium, l'île d'Aix en bateau, la plage des Minimes(10mn à vélo, voir les horaires des marées ), le marché central tous les jours(20mn à pied), etc..... En un mot 14 jours inoubliables, à garder dans nos favoris. 👍

Emplacement idéal pour visiter LA ROCHELLE

Appartement propre, fonctionnel , très bien situé (10 - 15 min à pied du vieux port, aquarium, plage de La Rochelle, port de plaisance, musées...). De plus il se situe dans un secteur calme. Un plus : la location dispose d'un garage fermé.
