Unsere Familie hat im Sommer '26 12 Tage hier verbracht.Die Wohnung ist noch viel toller, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Sie scheint aus zwei zusammengelegten Wohnungen zu bestehen, die U-förmig um das Treppenhaus herum gebaut sind. Dadurch hat sie eine spannende Form und eine gute Größe. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Blick in den Himmel genießen, mit der herüberwachsenden Palme des Nachbarn als Dekoration. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Mischung aus Altbau und Moderne, man läuft gerne barfuß über die Holzdielen und die alten Bodenfliesen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Küchenmaschine (nicht zum kochen, aber zum kneten oder pürieren etc.). Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, man kommt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen. Außerdem befindet sich in der Straße eine Bushaltestelle, wo auch der kostenlose Shuttle durch das Herz von La Rochelle fährt.Das Schlafzimmer hinter der Küche ist schön ruhig und hat einen Zugang zur Terrasse. Das andere Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus, hier sollte man wegen der Straßengeräusche nachts die Fenster schließen.Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin verlief stets freundlich, zügig und hilfreich. Der Zugang zum Haus funktioniert über einen Code an der Haustür und es gibt ein Fach für den Schlüssel mit Zahlenschloss an der Wohnungstür. So kann man den Schlüssel immer dort lassen und ihn nicht unterwegs verlieren.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter!

Logement très propre, accueillant, ayant le nécessaire, à proximité de tout pour profiter d’un week-end à La Rochelle.Maxime a été réactif pour les demandes.Je recommande pour un séjour où vous souhaitez laisser votre voiture et profiter de la ville et ces nombreuses activités
