Not only are there many public courses nearby, our condo is only minutes away from Marsh Creek Country Club and golf course that is part of the Play Away Golf Members Group. Our condo resort complex offers, a separate fenced children’s pool, 2 locked/ gated walkways to the beach, parking only steps from condo, 24/7 guard at entrance , keyless entry, and fast SECURE WiFi. Welcome to our condo(St Augustine Beach, Ocean & Racquet Resort-a gated complex)on the beautiful white beaches of Anastasia Island, St Augustine Beach, Florida. Our well-landscaped, family oriented condo is a ground floor corner unit. You have easy access(only a few steps) to the properties' private gated boardwalks that cross dunes leading to the pristine expansive beaches and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pools(one heated) both about 150 yards from the condo, hot tubs (5 Jacuzzi-one is only a few steps away), newly remodeled lighted Tennis Courts , lighted Pickle Ball Courts , Bocce Ball Court , and Shuffle Board. Bring your golf clubs-there are many public courses close , and we are less than a mile from Marsh Creek Country Club which is a part of the Invited Clubs across the country . Bring your fishing pole for surf fishing and pond fishing on the property. We have new porcelain floors throughout plus a new heating/cooling unit that's extra quiet. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE bed with remodeled private bathroom/ step-in tile shower and large Smart flat screen TV. We have twin beds in the guest bedroom and Smart flat screen TV . Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property was very comfortable and well situated for easy access from the car and easy stroll to the beach and the pool. The vibe was peaceful, friendly and relaxing. It was also an easy drive to the downtown area and the inter coastal. We loved it. 4 stars for communication was more about the app than the owners. It was a bit awkward. Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

My husband & adult kids stayed at this condo for a summer beach getaway. It was in an excellent location, just a very short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach! The condo was clean & perfect for our family. I liked the keyless entry so we never had to worry about taking a key to the beach. The pool & hot tub are very close to the condo and clean. Close to restaurants, grocery store, & downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Hosts were great, answered every question we had and even gave us some restaurant suggestions that were perfect. Great proximity to the beach, so we went out for sunrises and sunsets that were perfect. Pools were great too. We loved the updated shower off the master, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice. We go through a lot of ice and the ice maker kept up the whole time, that was a huge plus. Sometimes is the little things, but their sharp knives were actually sharp. It made cutting those fresh Georgia peaches we bought super easy. Would definitely consider coming back here if and when we make another trip to St Augustine.

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. Labor Day getaway

This little condo gave us everything we could have wanted. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath just steps from the beach. Almost everything we needed was in walking distance including great restaurants. This will definitely be my new spot when looking for a a getaway to St. Augustine Beach!

Fabulous property and stay

The condo was very clean with all the necessities provided. The hosts were very helpful. The property is beside the swimming pool and steps from the ocean. My husband walked to the beach every day. The property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

What makes this property unique

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
