Come marvel at the absolutely breathtaking view off of the balcony of our luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the upscale Echota on the Ridge Community in Foscoe. This property is located off of highway 105 South, conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk, NC and close to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Escape your stress filled world by enjoying a level entry condo (no steps!) that offers all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen, flat screened tvs, stereo in living area, king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a well appointed bath for each bedroom. All linens, basic paper products and complimentary bath soaps are included.

Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the wildlife in the woods in front of you and the long range view of the Moses Cone Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunrises and sunsets alike are amazing!

It was a fantastic weekend to visit the Banner Elk area. The weather was great and the accommodations were fantastic. After a long day of hiking and biking, it was nice to be able to relax in a place that felt so much like home.

Mountain Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! The view is amazing and the inside is very nice and clean! My children enjoyed the pool on site. Lots of fun things to do close by. Very nice place to stay and the owners are great!

We chose to purchase a condo in the Echota on the Ridge Community as it fit our needs of wanting a second home without serious upkeep issues. We enjoy the spectacular view, the ever changing weather and the amenities afforded to us in this 2nd home residential community and in the Watauga County area.
