L'appartement, joliment décoré et doté d'un superbe balcon, offre absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de belles vacances. Les lits sont confortables, la piscine est superbe et l'eau est vraiment chaude, ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner même fin septembre. L'emplacement, à proximité d'un petit supermarché et d'un bon restaurant, est également idéal, sans être trop éloigné de Saint-Jean. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Un grand merci à Sandra, qui s'est si bien occupée de nous. Nous avons vraiment apprécié !

Nous avons été contents de pouvoir rentrés dans l appartement plus tôt (14h au lieu de 16h proposition de nôtre contact) J avais donc accepté la proposition à condition que l équipe qui s occupait du ménage avait le temps de faire le nécessaire Nous avons trouvé 1 appartement poussiéreux ( le lustre de la chambre parentale était couvert de poussière les multi-prises dans la cuisine étaient toutes collantes) Honnêtement, l appartement est bien placé ( a côté de St Jean de Luz) avec le garage mais je ne pense pas qu il s agisse d 1 appartement pour 6 personnes meme si le canapé dans l salle à manger est convertible Salle de bain toute petite

Le canapé est neuf et de qualité, et ensuite c'est un choix des locataires d'occupé à six cet appartement, les locataires le font en toute connaissance de cause, les photos à l'appuie, ainsi que la salle de bain qui est certes petite mais récente et avec tout le confort voir photo. cordialement

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit schöner Poolanlage in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im gut ausgestatteten Appartement mit schönem Pool und eigenem Tiefgaragenplatz sehr genossen. Man konnte fußläufig Ciboure und das schöne Zentrum von St Jean de Luz einschließlich Strand erreichen. Kleinere Mängel waren: Sauberkeit z.B. im Kinderzimmer und in der Küche, z.T. rostige Balkonmöbel, ein nicht zu öffnendes Kinderzimmerfenster und die fehlende Information zu Kosten bzgl. der Endreinigung und Wäsche in der deutschen Beschreibung.

Top emplacement

Appartement agréable et lumineux, bien équipé en vaisselle. Piscine chauffée et bien entretenue. Une fois le véhicule déposé dans le parking sous-terrain sécurisé, le centre de St-Jean de Luz et Ciboure sont à quelques minutes à pieds. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Sandra et les échanges téléphoniques avec le propriétaire ont été sympathiques.

Excellente location

Proche de Saint Jean de Luz (15mn à pied). Quartier calme. Grande piscine propre. Appartement très bien équipé. Commerces à proximité. Un seul (petit) bémol : connexion internet de la résidence très mauvaise lorsque nous étions là (mais c'était peut être ponctuel) . Je recommande cette location

Uitstekend appartement !!!

Perfecte ligging om het Baskenland te verkennen. (Frankrijk & Spanje). Mooi appartement en rustige omgeving. Alles is voorzien. Mooi terras en zuidwesten-ligging : heel de namiddag en avond zon. Luiken zorgen voor koeling in het appartement. Zwembad en gemeenschappelijke delen zeer netjes onderhouden. Garage (ondergronds) : pluspunt ! (hoogte 1,9m) Op wandelafstand (10min) van St-Jean de Luz en Ciboure. Zeer goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Bedankt voor het leuke verblijf Gérard !

Bien situé

Résidence avec piscine chauffée à 26 le top. Place de parking en souterrain génial. Appartement avec terrasse pour manger dehors. Très bien pour 4 . On va à st jean de luz à pied c’est à 10mn à peine

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui est bien situé pour visiter la région. La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est très agréable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé celle de la chambre car difficilement accessible. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Sandra à notre arrivée. Je recommande ce logement!
