About this property

Apartment in villa with garden and flowers

In a 2500m2 property with trees and flowers with vegetable garden we rent a separate apartment in our villa.
The apartment consists of:
- 2 bright rooms with one double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 cooked equipped (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher ...)
- A living / dining room with sofa, TV
You have a private terrace with BBQ gas, a large table under the shade of lime (in which there is a hut for the more adventurous children)
You have free access to the pool and jacuzzi (which also have access to my neighboring properties to tenants (max 6personnes)
I put at disposal bowling balls, Molki, table tennis, trampoline ...
Little extra service for late arrivals (or not;)) I can prepare a small tray of regional specialties with little pink to match.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Calme et intimité

Maison parfaite et pleine de charme pour notre famille, nous nous sommes sentis dans un cocon de avec des espaces tous très bien aménagés, autant à l'ombre et à la fraîcheur des arbres qu'au soleil. La piscine est très agréable, de plein pied. La décoration est faite avec goût, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et même plus encore pour ne manquer de rien. On se sent chez soi et en toute autonomie et intimité. Et nous avons aimé le beau village de Tourrettes et les villages et activités aux alentours. Merci aux propriétaires de nous faire profiter ainsi de leur environnement en toute confiance.

Très agréables vacances.

Location située bien au calme à proximité du village. Très bien équipée, avec piscine et emplacement pour la voiture à l'ombre d'un tilleul (appréciable par journées très ensoleillées). Très bien entretenue. Propriétaires très discrets, mais néanmoins très charmants.

Vor Ort alles rundum super. Gastgeber sehr bemüht ( auch deutsch zu sprechen). 4 km bis Tourettes. Sehr gut erzogener Hund und Katze. Sehr schön und ruhig.

Super séjour

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (M, Mme, le chien, le chat 😉) La maison est très bien équipée et si il manque quelques choses , les proprios sont là. Nous recommandons cet endroit paisible et bien situé pour visiter l’arrière pays. ☺️

Semaine très agréable grâce à un gîte confortable, au calme, bien équipé( notamment la cuisine) et propice à la détente ( coup de coeur pour la piscine et le terrain pour jouer à la pétanque ou au Molky). Le gîte est aussi bien situé pour découvrir l'arrière-pays niçois. Merci aussi aux propriétaires serviables et sympathiques.
