Quiet and spacious

This property is in a great location and easy to access. Very spacious inside. A little musty smell but assuming that’s because it has been locked up for several days. We asked for a 11:15 checkout time and we received a quick and accommodating response. We would stay here again.

Heritage Ridge Apartments is a family owned business that built, rents and and has maintained the property since 1968. We care about the quality of the Heritage Suites and making our guests experience the best possible. When we do a new unit, it's painted, new flooring and carpet and quality furniture and amenities are carefully selected to make the guests stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We make every effort to see that the unit functions as intended. We occasionally stay in the units ourselves to check that they have everything needed. We need you to call us if there is something not right.

Why they chose this property

Alan, Robert, Janice, and Mildred Lee started Lee construction in the 1950's. They were innovators in construction and built high quality. All of the floors have concrete used as sound insulation with additional sound insulation on the exterior walls. They are super quiet and very comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Heritage Ridge is located across from Cico Park. They have the county fair, Rodeo's, crafts fairs and the like. There is Country Stampede during the summer (great country music concert series at the lake). In addition, it's very convenient to the KSU Stadium.
