Soak in the sunshine and feel the salt water mist on your skin as you sink your toes in the sand. This condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico located on Manasota Key. Paradise is awaiting you in this scenic setting between Sarasota and Ft. Myers.

This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath beauty has amazing views. The condo has been completed remodeled as of November 2018. The entire unit is also newly furnished.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises overlooking the gulf via the patio, which is directly on the beach. Once finished with the morning sun, you can take a dip in the heated pool or the beach.
Then, head inside and enjoy your splendid sitting area in the family room. Enjoy the large screen TV along with a DVD player. Also, you can relax anywhere in the condo while you use the wireless internet.

The condo bedroom has a king bed and a TV. In the living area, you can also comfortably sleep on the queen sleeper sofa.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of numerous activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande. There are several relaxing bar and grills within walking distance. Golf courses (many) and shopping districts are a short drive.

Little Piece of Paradise

Excellent rental, great location

Aside from a trip to sanibel Island we spent the entire week on the key. So many great places to eat within walking distance and walking the beach to stump pass is really enjoyable!

Serenity by the sea

Two of us and it was perfect. Unit was equipped with more than we could ever need. Location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and night life. Beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful beach. Would return in a heartbeat. Wonderful.

great vacation!

The property and condo were better than expected. Sometimes pictures are decieving, not the case here! The grounds were very well kept and the condo was amazing. Can't beat the location being right on the beach and walking distance to local resturants and bars. We could not have asked for a better vacation.
