Mountain villa of 260m2 recent (2015) with a dominant view of the valley, full of charm and tastefully decorated with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people.

Come relax with your family or friends in a green and very quiet in the middle of a wooded property of 7 hectares crossed by streams, a lily pond at the foot of the balloon of Alsace. The property dominates the valley of the Moselle and the village of St Maurice, giving you a very clear view and no neighbors within 1km!

The villa has all the modern comforts to accommodate up to 10 people in excellent conditions; American kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (induction hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher), tv by box, DVD player, electric shutters, underfloor heating, fireplace, towel dryer, internet / wifi broadband throughout the house, 2 toilets, 3 shower rooms including one with bath, laundry with washing machine and dryer, a private indoor pool (accessible with steps) treated and heated 10 meters from 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep, a private Jacuzzi with 6 seats and a terrace of 80m ² well oriented with awning and overlooking the entire valley with a large table and chairs for 10 people, 6 sunbathing and a gas barbecue (available during the summer period). Outdoor games for children.
Baby facilities are available on request (high chair, adjustable height bed, changing table).

Attached directly to the villa, a large flat terrain allows to practice badminton (equipment provided), ball games and other for young and old.

Enjoy all year round thanks to its proximity to the winter sports resorts of Bresse and Gérardmer, Ventron, Rouge-Gazon and the Alsace balloon and the property is a starting point for hiking (GR 7 and 533) and lovers of beautiful walks in the forest on trails marked by the club Vosges.
Moreover for our cycling and mountain bike friends, the villa is in the immediate vicinity of the green route (Remiremont-Bussang) ideal for beginners and mountain bike tours in the forest for more experienced people.

The 4 bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with storage and have 2 single beds (80x190) with the possibility of bringing them together and 2 pillows (50x70). A desk with a sofa bed 2 persons (140x190).
Possibility of providing bed linen and 2 towels with supplement (15 € / person).

Pets not allowed

Non-smoking inside the villa and on the terrace. Please do not throw your butts in the nature.

Party not allowed.
