This is a great place to stay if you are looking to be close to everything on South Beach. Easy to walk everywhere and a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of space inside that everyone could have their own room and be comfortable. The place gets a ton of sun and the AC works great - we would definitely stay again!

Staying here was absolutely amazing! Villa Diamond is beautiful, in a great location, and very clean! My friends and I so enjoyed hosting my bachelorette party here.

A wonderful home and location!

Stayed here with a group for my first time in Miami. The property is exactly as advertised and Luis was also great with communication. I particularly enjoyed the backyard and hot tub! Be aware that the kitchen doesn't have basics like cooking oil or seasoning. The location was perfect, as well. We walked almost everywhere we went. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!!! Thank you!

Amazing Stay

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. There were 10 of us who fit more than comfortably in the immaculate house. The location could not have been better. The house was spotless and the host did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this to to anyone with a group looking to stay in South Beach.

Great house and location for a large group!

My friends and I rented Villa Diamond for the weekend. All 10 girls had their own sleeping accommodations and the house felt so spacious even with a large group - it was very comfortable. Luis was an awesome host who helped accommodate requests all weekend. Highly recommend him as a host and his great property!

Charming!

This home is lovely and has so much charm! We loved the location as it was easy to get anywhere in South Beach but in a quiet area for a good night’s sleep . The beds were comfortable with the perfect kitchen and dining room to eat as a family. Luis was wonderful and fast to respond! We will be back!

Family reunion

Grandma requested adult children and grandchildren gather for Christmas. Family flew in from all over the country and this spacious house allowed us to be together, but also spread out into smaller groups. We hung out on back patio most of the time. The hot tub was a big draw. It was nice to be able to walk to beach, bay. and trolly. Convenient to airport.

Poor management, no communication, cancelled after trip start

Stay was cancelled (we were told property was sold - only to find another group staying there) and nobody communicated with me and I was still charged. Showed up for check-in with my group, could not access the property, and had to have lengthy conversation with VRBO to get my credit card refunded and find a new home for my large group after we'd all arrived in Miami. Really unfortunate - and could have been solved with basic communication.

Couldn't be happier with our stay at this villa. I rented this property for a bachelor party of 11 guys and we couldn't believe how nice it was. The place was spotless, with fresh towels and more than enough beds for everyone to sleep in very comfortably. You could definitely sleep 16 people as described on the site. The outdoor patios (there's 2 - huge balcony and ground level patio) are amazing for hanging out and having some drinks. There's a villa next door with a pool that is operated by the same owners. Upon arrival Luis told me the next door villa was not rented during our stay, and to help ourselves to the pool. This was a huge added bonus as this was completely unexpected and it was hot outside! Inside the air conditioning was excellent and consistent temperature throughout the house. Luis was always so quick to respond from the time of booking, to checking in and out. Even accommodating early check-in and later check out. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures but better. Location is great - walk-able to everything or a quick cheap Uber. There is also a Citi bikes available for rent 30 seconds from the villa. I would definitely recommend this rental and would come here again.

Home away from home

Wow what a great experience we had! I came here for a bachelor party and the house was perfect. Everyone had a bed, the house was immaculate and it's so close to all the hot spots in the area. 10-10 would recommend!

Fantastic stay in a perfect location

Louis was the best!! I stayed here with 10 friends and they house was very spacious and comfortable. It was exactly as described and the spaces we're even larger than anticipated. The whole process from booking to check out was extremely easy. Louis really took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful stay! They location of the house was great as well, close to everything but on a quiet street. Can't wait to stay here or at another one of Louis properties again!

Great Place for the Weekend

Had a large group of guys stay here for a 3 day weekend. The consensus was that the house is "Very Miami!". House was very clean, with white walls and tile with some fun artwork. We enjoyed the rooftop patio in the evenings when the weather cooled down. Very walkable to the surrounding bars and restaurants, there's also a Whole Foods a few blocks away. The group initially arrived at different times, but the house was easily accessible from the airport and the check-in went smoothly. Check out was a breeze as well. Luis checked in by phone several times as well, ensuring we were satisfied with our stay and ready to address any issues or concerns we had. Overall, the only complaint I had was that the cleaning fee was not initially shown in the price. Its understandable that one would be needed for a place this size. In summary, a great house, pictures represent what you get, and and the owner cares about your experience. Convenient to experience many great parts of the city.

Good for larger parties it was 13 of us so it was plenty of enough room ! Owners communication is on point , and the house Looks exactly like the photos online ! Definitely would recommend this property.

The Perfect Stay

This house is absolutely fantastic! It already looks great in the pictures but it's phenomenal in person. My (10) friends and I couldn't believe our luck that this place was still available after our AirBNB got cancelled last minute. It's spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. And if that's not enough, the fully furnished back patio and rooftop spaces will get you there. We could have stayed in the house the whole time and been fine but the location is also great! We could basically walk to anything we wanted to do, including the beach, but with the heat we opted for Uber which was super cheap and quick. From the very beginning of booking, Luis has been beyond kind and generous in both words and actions, even leaving us a welcome basket of snacks, water and coffee. I cannot thank him enough. I would stay here whenever I happen to be back in Miami and recommend it 100%! You will not be disappointed.
