Clean, roomy, and beautiful view

Very impressed with the size of the unit and bedrooms. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Beaches and condo were not crowded. Guest room bed was very uncomfortable : ( We enjoyed the beach chair service.

Beautiful view and bugs

The beautiful view and location were awesome. The furniture and carpet need to be replaced. There was a moth infestation and a dead roach upon arrival. Guest services were quick to respond, but will not act quickly if your situation is not “harmful to human health”. If you just want a view and access to the beach and don’t mind killing bugs and old furniture, go for it.

Nice Condo

Lots of space inside the unit. Washer and dryer area is super nice (in it's own room off the kitchen). Bed slept good. Pictures online need to be updated, patio furniture is not the same as the pictures and is cheap plastic crap.

This condo was in a great location. It does need a little love. The carpet in the bedroom is stained felt gross. A fresh coat of paint and spackling would go a long way. The outside chair (out of only 3) 2 were very wobble. The 4th was broken in the spare room closet.

The condo was very open and roomy. The view was amazing and location was great. Very clean. The seal around the front door was gone so the wind would blow right in and you can hear everything outside and the screen door (two are missing) didn’t close so if you want the back doors open, they’re wide open.

Poor rental manager

Checked in to overwhelming paint smell. Completely different furniture than what was advertised. Stayed during the snow storm which was fun to see. Hard time with furnace keeping the unit warm. Checked furnace filter as there was almost no air blowing. Found it completely clogged. Nice new furniture but not what was advertised on site. Paint dust everywhere. In cabinets and on all the dishes. Looked like housekeeping came in an just wiped a few things down and called it clean. Rental company contacted and were very responsive. Said open windows and doors to get paint smell out. It was 24 degrees outside so that wasn’t an option. Ok, went to bed after a long day of travel and dealing with all the cleaning issues. Both of us sunk to the middle of the bed. Checked under bed to find all the support laying on the floor. Bed was not put together. Took bed apart and set it up properly. Was comfortable.Overall, it will be a nice unit to visit once everything is done and it gets a deep clean. Come to Navarre 3 times a year for over 30 years. Won’t use this rental manager again!

Not what we expected!!

The VACASA people were great with what we had to deal with!!! There were several issues. The master king was the deep mattress. The sheets did not fit it. Every night we ended up sleeping on the plastic cover. They replaced the fitted sheet with a new one, but it only held for one night with the new one. Talking to the VACASA at Navarre, they did not have the deep fitted sheet. The same can be said for the top sheet. It was too small and we had to retuck it throughout the night to cover our feet. When we got there and took a shower the hot water did not last. They came and looked at it. However, even with a short shower, everyone ended with only hot water by the end of the shower that was luke warm or cold!! This tells me from experience that one heating coil was bad!! We did not carry clothes to last from 17th till 29th. The washer didn’t work when we tried to wash in the 19th. We finally got a new one but we had to go to the laundromat once. They credited us with $280. This did not count for the inconvenience and time lost on vacation!! We will not go back!! We will look for alternatives next year! Most Sincerely! Tollie Green

Spacious condo with everything you need to make your stay restful and relaxing. Some indoor furniture and all of the patio stools could use some updating. Otherwise it was a great place to relax and unwind.

Condo needs total updating

Beach and view were great, needs comfortable sofa on balcony, needs all new furniture and sheets, furniture is very old and non matching, carpet is old stained shag carpet and has bad odor in master bedroom, I have stayed at Navarrre towers three time and other unit were well appointed . Owner needs to update this unit badly asap.
