Great condo! Super clean, well maintained, and close access to the slopes. 5 minutes walking, or just a quick shuttle - we discovered how easy the shuttle was on the last few days. The hot tub was a nice plus too. Highly recommend.
This is our 2nd year staying at this property. It’s phenomenal for a family, as I have 2 young kids.
The property is very clean, everything works well, the kids love the fireplace.
We will plan on staying here in the future due to its convenience as well as amenities.
Great set up in a good location. Village Connect (local express) picks up and drops off right at the building which makes this location super handy. Elevator to the property is slow but other than that this property is well appointed including a ski locker assigned to it.
The family (including a 5 and 3 year old) stayed at the property for a ski week. It was wonderful. Close and convenient to the village, easy parking, easy checkin, easy shuttle service if the kids got tired. Also could easily zip down into Avon for anything we needed. The condo was clean, fully equipped for a family stay. Would highly recommend in the future.
The pictures don’t do this place justice. I was expecting a small space, and this was so much more! It’s was perfectly cozy for my family of 6. Our favorite part was being able to have a fire each evening after skiing using the fresh cut firewood right outside the door. Location was also perfect- a quick walk to the village. We will book again in the future!

Rob, the only comment I will make is that people were keeping their doors open and letting their kids run around screaming inside of the building. I think the unit numbers were 102, 202 and 203. I don’t know if these were owners or renters, but I was really shocked. I asked the children a number of times to go back into their own units and one little boy told me that they could make all the noise they wanted until 10 pm. I’m sorry to say, but I didn’t spend $10k to listen to other people’s children all day and night. I would never have let our children/grandchildren do that. That is our only complaint. Otherwise, we were very happy with the property and look forward to coming back next year. Excellent response from the team.

The only thing that was marginal was the mattresses. They are getting a little old. Not terrible but not up to the standard of the beautiful condo.

The photos don't do this unit justice.
The photos don't do this unit justice. It was actually bigger than the photos indicate. The furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed for cooking as we only went out once. The unit looks down on the jacuzzi but you can't actually see it because of some nice trees. The central ski trail is also out his way and it's a short ski down to chair 12. The walk up to the village is less that 2 blocks or you can wait out on the sidewalk and catch a free shuttle. Rob was great from start to finish. He was very available and answered all of our questions.

Our stay was good overall, but the pullout bed was unacceptable.
Our stay was good overall, but the pullout bed was unacceptable. made for cramped and unexpected sleeping arrangements.
Very good communication with property manager. Had an issue that was quickly resolved. Comfortable beds. Elevators were broken down the entirety of our stay. Hauling luggage up and down two flights of stairs at altitude was not easy. However this was not the property managers fault. Unit is on second floor (2 flights of stairs). We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The bed linens were above average, having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer was nice.
The bed linens were above average, having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer was nice. The unit was comfortable, but the bathrooms (tubs and shower) could use some upgrading. Not your fault, but the elevator not working was a pain when dragging luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs! Rob was very receptive, always answered the phone and we felt well taken care of.
Easy access with key pads, covered parking, 4 minute walk to the Village. The unit was very clean, although its a bit dated. It has everything you need and beds and bedding is comfy. In the morning you ski to Elk Horn lift from your hot tub area, this takes one minute! Then at the end of the day you take the village trail at the base of Lift 12 and can ski right back to the condo. I would recommend this unit, it was a great value.

The Stay was great.
The Stay was great. I recommend. I've stayed at the Townsend Place before, and enjoy the covered parking, hot tub and ski in-ski out features. As mentioned prior, having specific instructions to maintain the temperature in the condo would be highly advisable. We could not control the heat at night, and it was very warm at night. N/A
The location of the Townsend complex is great from a ski-in/ski-out perspective. The condo was clean as was expected. The description on the web site was accurate. The locker downstairs for your skis is very convenient. My boys enjoyed the massive TV hanging in the living room. The fireplace is good, but you will need to bring/buy kindling to get the wood started (and it takes a bit of work to start the wood, but worth it). Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and silverware.
One small nuance that we found with the condo. We were not able to control the heat in the entire condo. While there are thermostats in almost every room, they don't seem to work at night. At night, we would set all the thermostats to 55 degrees, and the rooms would stay very warm all night....to the point where we opened the doors to the living room and master bedroom (keep in mind it was in the teens every night). One of my boys slept on the couch in the living room because it was too hot in the other bedroom (no window to open). During the day, the condo was very comfortable (but of course we would be gone most of the day skiing).
Overall, still a good condo and I would recommend.
This is by far the best bang-for-your-buck at Beaver Creek (honestly, I hate to give away the secret). The unit is nice and comfortable, and is accurately represented in the photos. We will absolutely stay here again.
Unfortunately, our Spring Break came to an abrupt halt (along with the rest of the world) with the Coronavirus, but Rob with RentVail was an absolute pro.
This is an easy recommendation - Great unit, excellent location, professional service, and a fair price.
Pictures and descriptions accurately represent condo. Ideal location to village. Short walk 3 minute walk on a pretty trail. Condo has all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, fireplace, cable tv, et). A balance of cozy, but not lavish. Ideal for a those planning to spend time their time outside.
