The Tiny House Aspen comfortably sleeps 3 with one queen bed in the loft and the futon couch. All the amenities of home with a kitchenette stocked with plates, dishes, utensils etc. Stand up shower in the bathroom. We are right downtown and restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all within walking distance. Book today and experience Tiny house living on vacation. We have WiFi but the connection is iffy and not guaranteed.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.
Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike.
Getting Around:
You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail.
Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.
