Fitted kitchen (refriger./ freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances .., dishes, pots and all the equipment to ensure your meals. Integrated ceiling sound system. Large living room with sofa, armchair (138cm curved TV, bluray, HIFI and Bose acoustics). Large table for meals. 2 bedrooms with beautiful Relax bedding (160x200) and Imperial Pullman (160x210 with mattress topper), desks, wall-mounted TV, shutters and blackout curtains. Relaxation room with chaise longue (double bed 80x190) TV, office area, shutters and blackout curtains. Bathroom. Bathroom with balneotherapy bath, hairdryer, shower and audio system integrated into the ceiling. Bathrobes and towels. Shower room with washer-dryer, sink and toilet as well as an iron and ironing board. 2 toilets. We have a cot and high chair. First aid kit and a cleaning kit for high-end furniture shoes. Beds are made upon arrival. The apartment has the 4 star category.

Wonderful, unique apartment

I cannot rate this apartment high enough. The views and location were outstanding. Everything was high quality and made us feel so comfortable. Marie was lovely and so welcoming. A really beautiful experience.

Extraordinary property. Fabulous apartment with the most amazing views of Amiens. Really well located in the centre of the town. If you are after something slightly unusual but also well appointed then we would highly recommend. Super clean and well fitted out throughout. Maria was so lovely and helpful. Beautiful apartment with a fantastic 360° view!

Very nicely tastefully decorated apartment, fantastic view, there is all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay. The owner, Maria, received us very warmly. There is a parking space and space for our 2 bikes. It is the perfect place for visiting Amiens, bike along the Somme, visit the hortillonages festival, even drive to the coast.

Perfect in all respects

Our stay in Maria's apartment couldn't have been better. Lovely, spacious apartment with everything one could possibly need. And Maria provided so many nice touches: coffee, orange juice and milk for our breakfasts; lots and lots of information about things to see and do; immediate response when the wifi stopped working; and a small farewell gift. Maria is the perfect host in her wonderful apartment in a very interesting city!

Fabulous apartment

What a treat! 360 degree views, spacious, comfortable and every need for a self catering holiday has been thought of. The kitchen is very well equipped. All rooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable. Maria our host was absolutely charming and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The train station is a 2 minute walk and Paris is just over an hour away. The coast is an hours drive and very beautiful. A wonderful holiday and we are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Maria for a memorable time !

Everything we had hoped for and more!

Amazing views? Check. Comfortable, spacious apartment? Check. Gracious, helpful host? Check. This place has everything that we wanted plus more. My husband, 16 year-old son and I came to Amiens for the Tour de France. The Tour Perret was the perfect location to see sights in town including the extraordinary cathedral. Walking distance to everything with the train station and many restaurant and grocery store options right outside the door. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with extraordinary views of the city and beyond. Maria is one of the most communicative and helpful hosts we have ever interacted with. She met us at check-in to make sure we understood the parking and the details of the apartment and building. She is simply wonderful!We can't wait to come back to stay longer. This would be a perfect home base for a longer stay with day trips to many of the places in France we would like to see.

This place is Special

A unique place to stay! The whole of the 19th floor of a 1950 Brutalist tower in the centre of Amiens. Superbly renovated. As an architect I could recognise the level of attention lavished upon this apartment. Maria, the very proud owner was especially welcoming. The complimentary groceries and bakeries were a real nice touch. You really get to experience a taste of the high life!

An amazing apartment with a stunning view and location!

Our stay in Amiens in 360 Tour Perret was great. Maria was a lovely host and our check in was easy. Maria showed us everything about the apartment and gave us many local tips. The apartment accomodated the four of us very comfortably and the amenities were fantastic. It was a nice modern space with lovely touches that made it feel very homely. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking or just enjoying take away dinner and the bathroom was great (with a lovely bath). We had a fantastic stay in Amiens and would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Incredible apartment in Amiens

This apartment in Amiens is a remarkable place. On the 19th floor of the Perret Tower (a 1950's brutalist modern building across from the train station), it has 360 degree views of the city, including one of the back of the cathedral. The apartment is very well designed and furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is very good (with a great shower), and the kitchen is exceptionally well supplied for someone who likes to cook (a treat in Amiens because the indoor market is wonderful). But the very best thing about this flat is the owner, Maria Quevauvillers. She is so kind, thoughtful, and generous - she will do everything to make your stay in Amiens memorable. A superb hostess and a pleasure to know - many, many thanks, Maria!
