The condo is on the second level and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a master suite and an open concept living room and kitchen. The lanai faces the golf course where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The condo was recently updated with a new kitchen and floors. It also has tall elevated ceiling to give the space more of an open concept.The master closet also recently updated as well and put in by custom builders to help utilize the space along with enhancing the look. This condo is located in a gate community it does have a private pool at the end of the street along with a pool at the club house with full food and drink service.
THERE IS NO GOLF OR GYM MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS RENTAL.

excellent stay!

The views overlooking the golf course were great every evening at sunset. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The TVs and appliances were all new and worked well. We enjoyed the location close to the clubhouse, pool and nearby restaurants and shopping.
