Come relax in the heart of La Baule, very quiet and a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Europe, the entertainment, its shops and the lively life of the center. Close to the magnificent bridle path, tennis club garden, aquabaule and thalassotherapy, in the heart of its very peaceful avenue, come and enjoy all year round our fully renovated ground floor holiday house, its large garden 750m2 south facing sunny all day, its evenings by the fire in winter and its swimming pool (in season 1 / 06-15 / 09) heated 4m / 7m with pool house and its large terraces. We wanted you to have everything you need for a successful relaxing stay, wifi access, tv, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso, kitchen bottom at your disposal ...
There is also a summer bar with plancha, fridge and water point.
The house has 4 double bedrooms (160 new bedding) with each room has its own Italian shower room.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen is provided for the entire stay. The end-of-stay cleaning is included. You can also book regular cleaning services during your stay. During the summer season the passage of a pool is provided weekly to ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and terraces. We will be at your disposal when you arrive to make you discover our house and available if needed during your stay.

Nous avions été charmé par les photos, nous avons été conquis par la maison.... Adresse à conserver sans aucune retenue hiver comme été. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme, à proximité de tout. Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes pour les fêtes de fin d'année, et nous sommes tous ravis de ce séjour !!! La maison est très fonctionnelle, pratique, même pour un grand nombre de personnes. Nous n'avons manqué de rien ... La décoration est magnifique, et le feu de cheminée le 31 reste un excellent souvenir. Un dernier mot pour la propriétaire : Merci encore Mme Digoin pour votre chaleureux accueil et votre disponibilité.

BELLE VILLEGIATURE pour BONNES VACANCES

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison située dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Très bel espace extérieur joliment arboré, la piscine chauffée et son pool house invitant à la détente et à la convivialité. L'aménagement intérieur est très fonctionnel,chaque chambre disposant de sa propre salle de bain.Un puits de lumière apporte beaucoup de luminosité à l'espace de vie. Nous avons apprécié l'harmonie de la décoration intérieure, très soignée. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous fût offert par les propriétaires qui nous accueillirent chaleureusement. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

A 300 mètres de la belle plage de La Baule, et à 10 minutes à pied de l'Avenue Charles de Gaulle, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, et entourée de pins, cette maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, propre, et agréable à vivre. Son équipement est complet, et son petit appartement mitoyen nous a séduits. Nous avons également apprécié les lits faits et le linge de toilette fourni à notre arrivée. La literie est très confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Belles prestations. A recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avons passez 4 jours super sympa à la Toussaint dans cette charmante maison de vacances familiale,idéalement située, proche de la mer mais dans un quartier hyper calme. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La propriétaire Mme Digoin est tout à fait charmante et sympathique. Je pense que nous reviendront.
