Charming house in a residential area, close to the sea, the center of La Baule and shops.
Near La Baule / Guérande.

The beach in the center of La Baule is 1,700 m away.

Vacances en famille

Une semaine passée en famille avec nos fils et leur compagne ainsi que notre petite fille. Bon emplacement pres de La Baule et entre Le Croisic d'un cÎté et Pornichet de l'autre. Maison bien équipée proche des pistes cyclables ainsi que des departs de randonnées.

Haus in zentraler Lage geeignet fĂŒr zwei Familien

Das Haus liegt in zentraler Lage und Strand, Supermarkt, BĂ€cker und Radweg sind gut erreichbar. Garten mit Grill und Garage fĂŒr die FahrrĂ€der vorhanden. Kritik gibt es fĂŒr die Kosten fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher, diese liegen bei 25€/BettwĂ€scheset und 20€/Handtuchset. Das waren fĂŒr uns 200€ Extrakosten.

Idéalement situé

Excellent séjour dans cette maison parfaitement situé, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités et du centre de la baule. Tout est faisable à pied ou en vélo. Je recommande!

Propriété conforme au descriptif . Bon contact avec la propriétaire. Proximité immédiate avec la piste cyclable, possibilité de passer ses vacances sans utiliser son véhicule. Location à reprendre avec un trÚs grand plaisir .

Semaine agréable dans une maison facile à vivre

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Propreté impeccable Elle est facile à vivre, jardin trÚs agréable. A noter la proximité de la route mais on n a pas trop été dérangés par le bruit. Vélos à disposition, trÚs sympa pour rejoindre le centre de la Baule en 5/10 minutes. Attention le linge de maison n est pas fourni, j étais totalement passé à cÎté et nous avons dû louer le linge en urgence. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et serions heureux de revenir.

SĂ©jour a guerande

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille avec découverte de cette super région. Balade en vélo (fourni avec gßte),commerce à proximité; pied ou vélo. Bref, super gßte trÚs confortable, rien ne manque . Je recommande.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten!

Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet, man ist sehr schnell in La Baule. Der Garten ist schön und man kann sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne sitzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der NĂ€he am Ortseingang von La Baule. Die gestellten fĂŒnf FahrrĂ€der sind sehr hilfreich, um sich vor Ort zu bewegen, zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit dem Fahrrad u. a. nach Guerande und in die weitere Umgebung der Halbinsel. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis war angemessen.
