Safe area in South Fort Pierce, in the White City community adjacent to Port St. Lucie. Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage home has vaulted ceilings, tiled floor in living spaces. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, shower and soaker tub. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. Large open kitchen, dining and living areas that open to a large screened in patio with table and 6 chairs and an additional patio for barbecuing . Fully equipped home that includes 3 TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and central A/C. Home has been freshly painted and some new floor coverings have been installed and new furnishings. You will love staying in this comfortable home.
Centrally located to beaches, restaurants, golf courses, nature trails and Mets spring training stadium.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All guests must sign the owners lease and House Rules and submit a copy of their government issued ID to the owner. No Smoking or Vaping.
Pull grill away from structures before using. Garbage can to curb Tuesdays and Fridays.
The home is on a septic system, please do not flush garbage in toilets or oils in the sinks. Toilet paper only please.

Fabulous Getaway!

House was just as described and VERY well stocked with all the kitchen essentials lots of extras, games, etc. Extremely clean house and appliances with a nice private backyard. Communication was excellent - host even provided a notebook of relevant local businesses, hospitals, and things to do. We would definitely stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. Bobbie and Scott are outstanding hosts. Beautiful and spotless house and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need for preparing meals. We’ve rented several VRBO properties and this one by far has had the most amenities provided.

Great home not just a house

This property was squeaky clean and well appointed. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Property has perks like sand chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes, ability to park in garage and gas grill. Area is mixed rural and very quiet. Easily accessible to beachs both north and south, St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Mets spring training. Would rent again!

Wonderful property

The property was everything my wife and I could have expected and more. It was like being in our own home. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The house was modern and very well kept. The neighborhood was residential and also had the country feel with cows and horses and farms very close by. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches and museums. Something to do for everyone. We would recommend this property to anyone. Bobbie and Scott where great hosts. Bobbies mother lives next door and her sister manages the property. If you need anything they are very easy to contact and respond quickly. My wife and I would without a doubt stay here again.

Country neighborhood location

This is a lovely, spacious, well cared for home with kitchen and laundry conveniences. Enjoyed: walking side streets, cattle farm, and 2 nature preserves within walking distance. Golf is close by, Indian river 15 minutes away, and beyond that is the true ocean is east of Hutchinson island. Enjoyed nearby Stuart, town of Jensen Beach and 3 botanical gardens.

Beautiful home in a very safe neighborhood. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. It was like staying in our own home. The neighborhood is residential with a country feel. Very convenient to shopping,restaurants,beaches and museums. The home is very well kept with everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. Bobbie and Scott were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Family members are close by if any issues arise and are very responsive. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Scott grew up in Kalispell Montana and I grew up in Fort Pierce Florida. We live in Kalispell but go to Fort Pierce as often as possible to visit family and of course go to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We built this home in 2006 with plans to some day winter to be closer to our family. We love all this home and Fort Pierce has to offer. Fun days at the beach! The weather is always great!

What makes this property unique

Such a quiet area country feeling but close to everything, including beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown area. It's so relaxing here!!
