The unit was clean and as advertised. The elevated view allowed us to see the ocean and sunrise, and the location on the first hole of the executive golf course and directly across from the clubhouse and main pool was optimal. The communication with host George was easy and efficient. I have stayed there previously, and will do so again.

Enjoyed how close the unit was to the amenities-- the beach, the amazing pool, fitness center, and the courts. The beds were great. Wish the restaurant was open. The unit needed some updates. George was easy to communicate with.

We stayed 5 nights and the place was perfect for my family. Even with the large pool being closed for the stay, other pool close enough to enjoy with the grandkids. Beach access very smooth and accommodating for a wagon full of supplies and toys. Only issue was with the security gate sending my grocery delivery to the wrong condo, not once, but twice, even though we notified them of a delivery coming. Host is awesome, quick response to questions, all necessities were available in the condo to accommodate the adults and children. Highly recommend and encourage booking. The resort had limited amenities available during our stay, as I suppose their busy season is winter months. I can see us booking another stay since my mother lives 30 minutes away. The view from the bedroom is amazing, even on a cloudy day, the sunrise is great to see, no use for the darkening shades.

The view from the condo of the ocean is wonderful. You can not see the beach but the views of the ocean make up for it. On less windy times you can sit on the balcony and hear the waves coming ashore. The condo was clean but the furniture is getting old but it worked fine for a short stay. Everything went well from check in and the George was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much, looking forward to next year.

The area was the only good thing about this property. When we arrived the front door was wide open. The bottom door lock had screws that were loose and sticking out. We reach out to our host and he sends a maintenance person who had the worst attitude. The property wasn’t cleaned to my standards. There was hair in the shower drain catch and in the sink. The property itself needs an upgrade because it’s still in the 90s. The week we were there the building was being painted and we weren’t notified or just a heads up. We were woken up at 7:00 am with a banging at the front door that we needed to move our car asap due to the building being painted. The bed was very very soft and sunk in. On the day before we left we encountered 2 bugs that seemed to be roaches in the bathroom.. Overall would not recommend!!

Excellent value! Location, views and amenities were top notch. Beds super comfortable, water pressure amazing, highly secure and safe community. Golf course was in excellent shape. Dishware could use some replacements. We bought two drinking glasses and wine glasses for our 3 weeks. Love the wildlife, rabbits, lizards, turtles.
