This waterfront house features a king bed, a queen bed, and a 2 twin beds, plus an office space with a comfy sofa bed and two full bathrooms. The comfortable year-round waterfront home offers a unique atmosphere with heating and air conditioning for an enjoyable experience.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please text upon leaving property to allow our Cleaning Crew into property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES Keep ALL Door CLOSED at ALL times to avoid AC to freeze. A fee of $250 for repair if frozen upon check out.
IF A PET FEE WAS PAID: ONLY 1 Dog allowed. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON BEDs. If hair found on sheets, a $100 fee to purchase new sheets.
Take out garbage bins to the end of the front driveway on Mondays and Thursdays mornings before 9am. Do not take trash outside of the house overnite.
