Mauvaises surprises avec la présence de cafards.nous avons eu des décharges électriques sur la robinetterie de la douche.la machines à café coulait à chaque utilisations.il ne faisait pas très propre à notre arrivée. Pas de wifi dommage ! Par contre l appartement et très bien situé, belle piscines avec accès très facile à la plage

3 Wochen Strandurlaub im August/September

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Vom Balkon genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Unser Fahrzeug hatte einen Carport-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Esszimmerstühle sind aber schon etwas abgenutzt gewesen. Hier hätten wir uns einen Überwurf gewünscht. Zu Fuß ist der Strand wunderbar zu erreichen und man konnte mittags auch gern mal kurz zurück in die Wohnung gehen. Der Swimmingpool war sauber und die Anlage drumherum sehr gepflegt. Lediglich der Hauseingang und das Treppenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurants und der Ortskern von Alcossebre sind gut zu erreichen. Da wir lediglich deutsch und englisch sprechen, wurde bei der Kommunikation mittels Übersetzungsprogrammen etwas improvisiert. In Summe haben wir die Urlaubszeit sehr genossen.

Agréable séjour dans un environnement calme et familiale

Appartement très propre avec vue sur mer de la terrasse, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Place de parking ombragée et possibilité de décharger/charger notre véhicule au pied de l'immeuble. Centre ville d'Alcossebre et Plages accessibles à pied. Spar et Consum ( plus grand avec parking) pour les courses ou petite superette à coté de la location. Des environs sympas à découvrir: Peniscola, Morella, Villafames, Valence, le Delta de l'Ebre... Nous étions déjà venus il y a 8 ans et le lieu est toujours aussi familial et sympa. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

El apartamento estaba muy bien dotado y frente al mar. Lo único que en el anuncio no se específica que no tiene ascensor. Para un 2° es incómodo. También por la orientación es caluroso y al mediodía no se puede comer en la terraza

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La résidence est située face à la plage (une rue à traverser), dans un quartier très calme, à 20mn à pied du centre d’Alcossebre par le chemin côtier, très agréable. Il y a un supermarché à 10mn en voiture, mais aussi une supérette très bien dotée à 50m de la résidence. Le (bon) glacier est au bout de la rue, ainsi que les premiers restaurants (très bien), mais cela vaut la peine d’aller jusqu’au centre-ville. La station balnéaire d’Alcossebre est une bulle préservée à quelques dizaines de km de l’agitation de Peñíscola ou Oropesa, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Dans l’appartement, on trouve tout pour passer un séjour confortable à 4. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Apartamento muy aseado y prácticamente nuevo. Ubicación perfecta, playa a un paso. Supermercado, al paso siguiente y Restaurante Mirador donde no hay que perderse el arroz con cangrejo. Vistas a la playa desde la terraza, Una playa ideal para familias. Si vuelvo a Alcoceber seguro que repito apartamento.

Beautiful apartment with a view

The apartment was lovely, extremely clean & comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The apartment is very accessible, close to the beach, local shops & restaurants. We have friends with an apartment nearby & this was very close so a good choice. Air conditioning is a must for this time of year & we were pleased with the air conditioning in this apartment. Neighbours are very friendly. The pool is lovely & never very busy. We will definitely be back!! Thank you.
