Great property in a great location. Beautiful view of the castle and the ocean from the garden area ! Marina and Pablo were very communicative and helpful. They even took us with them to see the eclipse ! Since the property is on a hill, it was challenging at times to walk up there (we didn't rent a car), but we just took a taxi most of the time anyway, so it wasn't a big concern. We wish we had rented a car in hindsight, and next time we will. We would definitely come back to this property in the future. Highly recommended !

Peniscola summer of 2020

This is a very fine house whith a lovely view. The garden is so nice with all the flowers and palm trees. The kitchen is very complete with good quality pots and pans. The village has a lot to offer. There are so may restaurants varrying from very "authentic" to "tourist easy" . The North Beach has all the hotels and their guests but there is plenty of room. The South Beach is closer by and a lot more quiet. That's where you could find us every day.

A lovely house in a good location

A lovely house in a good location. The house is very well equipped with extremely comfortable rooms and lovely outside spaces where we were able to relax with some great sea views and enjoy al fresco meals. The house is located within a ten minute walk of the centre of Peniscola where you find the main restaurants, shops and a very good supermarket. It’s also a five minute walk to the nearest beach, although it is uphill on the way back from both! Peniscola was not too busy in early September and is a compact town with all amenities centrally located between two attractive beaches. We had a really wonderful stay and would very much recommend the house.

Nous pensions avoir vu sur plage , avec accès de l’appartement , la vue sur mer est gâchée par un bâtiment juste en face , la présentations des photos sur le site de location ne reflète pas tout à fait la réalité .L’appartement est très bien avec tout le nécessaire , à part la salle de bain avec des odeurs nauséabondes qui remontent par la canalisation d’évacuation, Nous avons malgré tout passé un agréable séjour , et nous remercions Marina pour son accueil, la remise des clés et ses explications de fonctionnement.

The house has a fantastic view of the castle and the sea from the lounge and the terrace, we too wish the apartments opposite were not there! They do however mean that we can provide secure parking for our guests.

Netjes huis met erg mooi uitzicht.

Prima, maar ook al wisten we dat er geen airco aanwezig was. Was de woning erg warm. Verder een prachtig tuin rondom de woning. Je moet toch een stukje dalen/klimmen om naar strand en centrum te gaan.

Fijn huisje!

Het huisje, de parkeergelegenheid en de buurt waren perfect. Wat minder waren de honden die eindeloos blaften. Maar desondanks dat zouden we toch graag terugkeren.

gracias por el tiempo de relax

Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt und das Objekt liegt sehr zentral und man hat keine weiten Wege um in die Stadt und an den Strand zu kommen. Auch die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Une charmante maison

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison très bien équipée à l’écart de l’agitation de Peniscola tout en étant proche de tout . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec sa vue sur la mer et le château .

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Ferienwohnung oberhalb von Peniscola, mit herrlichem Blick auf Altstadt, Burg und Meer. Kurze Wege in den Ort und zu den Restaurants. Um diese Zeit touristisch noch nicht überlaufen. Haus gut ausgestattet, Aufteilung der Räume funktional, schöne Terrassen.

Einfach nur Traumhaft, Unterkunft, Ort immer gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Peniscola somit hat man einen Blick auf die Historische Burg und das Meer.Der Parkplatz ist direkt gegeüber auf einem mit einem Tor versehen Parkplatz.Von der Strasse aus geht man einen Kleinen weg und Trppen zur Unterkunft.Wenn man Eintri kommt man in einem großen Raum wo sich Küche Wohnzimmer Essgruppe befinden.Eine Trppe führt zu den Beiden Schlafrümen mit einen Doopel Beet sowie zwei einzelne.Die Toilette mit Dusche und Waschmaschine befindet sich auch auf der Etage.Man hat eine Schöne Terrasse wo man Essen oder Gemütlich sitzen kann. dort befindet sich auch ein Großer schön mit Kacheln verzierter Grill. Ein kleiner garten mit einer weiteren Terasse mit liegen sind etwas weiter oben dort kann man auch die Wäsche aufhängen.

Tranquillité et belle vue

La terrasse est très agréable et permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer. Les plages de Peniscola sont très agréables. La plage du sud est idéale pour les enfants (eau peu profonde). La plage du nord est des plus agréables grande longueur et profondeur. Le point négatif serait la place de parking qui ne permet pas d'accueillir une voiture de taille moyenne mais heureusement on trouve de la place dans la rue. Les plages sont très facilement accessibles à pied. Seul le retour peut poser quelques soucis car la route monte. En conclusion gite à recommander à qui veut découvrir Peniscola.

Muy buena estancia

La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila, tiene buenas vistas al castillo y al mar. Te permite ir al casco antiguo y a la playa caminando. Hemos podido desconectar y apartarnos del bullicio durante la estancia. Muy recomendable para familias sin bebés, a causa de una pendiente.

Maison agréable

Maison très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances en bord de mer. Le quartier est tranquille et la vue est très belle sur la mer et le château de Peñiscola. La propriétaire Patricia est adorable :) Je recommande vivement cette location!

Estancia inmejorable

Me he alojado con mi marido y mis tres hijos y sólo puedo decir cosas buenas de la casita de Pat. Está completamente equipada, con mucho más de lo imprescindible para cualquier alojamiento. Todo precioso y muy limpio, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias Pat por dejarnos disfrutar de tu preciosa casa. Y Jules, que fue quien nos dejó las llaves, encantadora.
