Between Pornic and Noirmoutier, near the ports of Bourgneuf Bay and the passage of the gois that connects Noirmoutier to the mainland, the pier and the heliport for the island of Yeu are 10 minutes (one-way in the day are possible)
The accommodation is independent with terrace and large private garden not overlooked, parking
ideal 2 couples
the house of 75 m² is composed of:
- living room of 35 m² (table 8 chairs sofa, armchair and TV wood stove)
- an open equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge, freezer)
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (cot on request)
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate toilets
