It is surrounded by a magnificent forest, thus out of sight, and a river, the Epte, crosses it right through.
The Estate consists of the castle and a hamlet-outbuildings.

The hamlet :
At the entrance of the domain, it is made up of a set of buildings which accommodates among other things:
the caretaker's house, present year-round to maintain the premises,
the fisherman's house, by the river, which can accommodate 4 people,
A garage and kennels,
A lovely chicken coop for fresh eggs ...

The castle :
Covering an area of 1,200 m2, it offers ten rooms to its guests, all with their own bathroom.
Completely renovated, it has excellent central heating.
It consists on the ground floor of a kitchen equipped with a professional piano with its dining area for 8 people, in the adjoining tower of a first dining room with its fireplace for 12 people.
The main dining room can accommodate 18 guests, it opens onto the hall, the meeting point of the house, where everyone is used to meeting around the fireplace.
Two lounges, in a row, complete this set, the Blue lounge with its library and its media area (television, hi-fi, ...), and the Red lounge, a relaxation area by the fire with a pretty games table.
In the basement hides an incredible rock-cut pool.
Immersed beaches and comfortable sofas invite you to relax, not to mention its bar for aperitifs by the water.
A SPA area completes this magical place, including showers, sauna and hammam.
On the first and second floors, ten rooms welcome you all with a magnificent view of the river.
Each room, decorated with its own style, is equipped with its own bathroom.
A laundry is available.
