We were in town for a funeral. The check-in process was a breeze as we were all coming in at different times. The kitchen was functional. We did not cook but had adequate space for a caterer.

Nice home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to stores. Beach 30 minutes away. Limited parking. No street parking. Kitchen and bathrooms older. Reasonably clean (prior cleanup missed spots in the kitchen, and master bed had some type of capsules spilled underneath). Huge nice projector-style TV. Beds comfortable. Nice deck. Secure.
