Ideally located 15 min walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and the Croisette beach, "Le petit clos des chênes", old single storey farmhouse with southern accents, planted with olive trees, oaks and many Mediterranean species , will seduce you, with its private swimming pool, its terracotta tiles and its large terraces, the holidays are finally here!
Enclosed with walls, automatic gate, closed parking space, you will feel at home.
The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which can accommodate a third person or a child (140 bed + 90 bed), each bedroom has its bathroom and wc, all overlooking a 1 fully equipped US kitchen opening onto a large living room with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The whole house is air-conditioned, of modern comfort, the small clos of the oaks was completely renovated in 2016.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem provonzalischen Haus verbracht. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool. Gute Betreuung durch Pauline.Sehr ruhige Lage.

maison tout confort

Nous étions comme à la maison. Décoration soignée et nous avions tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Juste la taille de la piscine nous pensions qu'elle serait plus grande au vu des photos intérieur elle ne fait qu'environ 4mx2,5m. Coin calme en hauteur donc même si on est pas loin du centre ville le retour est plus physique pour moi la voiture reste indispensable. Très bon accueil je recommanderai cette location.

Situation idéale de cette maison au charme provençal avec le confort moderne dans un quartier calme très proche du centre ville de ses commerces de la plage avec activités pour tous, nous avons apprécié la piste cyclable qui conduit jusque St Tropez en vélo ou running, les mini croisières pour découvrir la côte etc...... Nos 2 semaines ont passé trop vite, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. C'est un endroit où l'on peut choisir "vacances relax" et/ou "vacances actives" Les propriétaires très sympas Maison impeccable et soignée. A recommander sans hésitation B & G
