Family house 15 mins from the Palace of Versailles

Family friendly house in a small town near the Palace of Versailles.
Our house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are children's bedrooms (young). The first bedroom has a 1.60m double bed, in the second bedroom it is a loft bed (90x200) and in the other bedroom a bunk bed (2 x 90x200). The fourth bedroom has a single bed which turns into a double bed 160x200).
The house is on two floors, with living room, kitchen, pantry and toilet downstairs and the 4 bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
We have a large fenced and private garden, without too many vis-à-vis. There are children's games, including a trampoline, barbecue, and garden furniture.
The house contains an washing machine, dishwasher and dryer, oven and microwave oven.
Cleaning must be done by the tenants when they leave the house.
We are at the end of a dead end and live in a residential area, so it is very quiet, with little passages of cars.
We are 12 minutes walk from the station or 5 minutes by car (there is a small car park in front of the station). We are 40 minutes from Paris Montparnasse train station and 15 minutes by transport from the Palace of Versailles.
We have an indoor cat, Poppy, that stays on the premises. We kindly ask the tenants to change her water and give her dry cat food when it runs out. She is very nice and loves to have pets from everyone. She goes in and out through the cat flap which is in the kitchen.
