House is located in a quiet cul de sac that is less than a mile from beach and from downtown with great restaurants. Gorgeous ocean view. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Brand new kitchen with the latest and high end appliances. The house is completely renovated inside and outside and completely furnished. Free shuttle within Dana Point and to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach with beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Laguna Beach is a prime location for restaurants, theaters and artistic adventures. There are plenty of fun adventures within 1 hours drive. Legoland is 45 minutes away, Disneyland and California Adventure park are 30 minutes away, Seaworld and the beautiful city of San Diego is 1 hour away. Summer at the beach

This is a fantastic -- spacious, quiet, clean, beautiful -- house for enjoying Dana Point, nearby beaches, and southern CA. The generous upstairs master bedroom is perfect for a couple, and the downstairs bedroom works for kids. The view from the balconies is stunning. Sandor and Bea are lovely hosts who are great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place!

Everything was better than listed! Beautiful ocean views by day and twinkling lights by night! The great location included easy access to freeways, Dana Point harbor and many beaches. The home felt very large for a two bedroom home. The beds were comfortable, and the closets were large. The Master bath was an unexpected treat. It was large, it was bright, it was updated and it had an oversized shower plus a soaking tub! The Kitchen was also large with an island and it too was beautifully updated. The owners were accommodating, very nice and extremely easy to access for questions. Thank you Sandor and Beata for allowing us to stay in your lovely beach home!! Arpi and Don
