Unit also comes with AIR CONDITIONING! Fenced property with an additional 6 foot gate for maximum security and privacy allowing you to use your fully adorned backyard in peace. This unit is perfect for one person or a couple looking for a private beach escape. No car needed, just bring your bike or walk to all the major local destinations! Available for 1-3 month stays only. The advertised price is the monthly price. No discounts available.

No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/each (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750 (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable. Pets must be approved, added to the signed temporary lodging agreement, and paid for in advance. Violating the pet policy will result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund.
All guests will be required to provide their photo ID and read and sign a temporary lodging agreement upon booking the property within 72 hours. Guests will not be allowed to access the unit until they have successfully followed the check-in procedure. Multiple outdoor cameras (side yard, driveway, stairway, and backyard) are present to ensure guest compliance and safety of both guests and property.
