This private one bedroom downstairs apartment has a double bed and has been totally remodeled with new flooring, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, vanities, bathtub, baseboards, dual pane windows and more! It comes with hardwood and tile floors (no carpet), stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large gas stove, tankless water heater, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, and 1 assigned driveway parking space. Unit also comes with AIR CONDITIONING! Fenced property with an additional 6 foot gate for maximum security and privacy allowing you to use your fully adorned backyard in peace. This is a downstairs apartment in a 3-unit building that includes 1 driveway parking space.

This unit is perfect for one person or a couple looking for a private beach escape. No car needed, just bring your bike or walk to all the major local destinations! Available on a longer-term basis only (1 month+ stays), no short-term rentals. The listed price is for long term stays.

No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/each (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750 (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable.
