Welcome to your private island escape — just a 3-minute walk from the beach at South Padre Island. This custom two-story Beach House Oasis features a stunning heated pool and brand-new cascading hot tub, lush tropical surroundings, and everything your group needs to unwind, reconnect, and make memories.
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three full baths — ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. The upstairs King Master Suite offers a private bath and daybed. A second upstairs bedroom fits a queen and a full-size bed. Downstairs, the self-contained Poolside Suite has a queen bed, built-in daybed, its own full kitchen, and direct backyard access — perfect for grandparents or guests who want a little privacy. The custom bunk room rounds out the lower level, sleeping four in new twin bunks.
Two full kitchens mean no fighting over counter space. The upstairs kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a real meal. The downstairs kitchenette keeps the pool crowd fed without anyone having to head upstairs.
The pool and hot tub are often the real entertainment — most guests never want to leave the backyard. Whether you're here for a family reunion, a friend getaway, or a multi-generational trip, the layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own space while still being together. Four vehicles fit in the driveway, beach and bath towels are provided, and a washer/dryer is available.

The house was very comfortable and spacious. There was everything we needed to relax at the pool, grill, and prepare meals. Renting the golf cart with the house made going to the local shops, beach, and restaurants so easy. It was much more reasonable than the rental stores. The hosts were super responsive and helpful for any issues that arose. Just the hot tub had a glitch but was fixed right away. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The entire family loved this house. We have stayed in quite a few houses, but this one is at the top. We had a whole family of 7 and we had a blast. Most of the family just wanted to enjoy the pool and the house more than the beach, and my kids love the ocean. Great spot close to the beach!

Walked the dogs in the morning and enjoyed the awesome backyard until evening when we did the bar scene ( also convenient to the house). Chris and Jason were extremely responsive to my queries. The property is really beautiful and comfortable, very clean and with all the services in order. Near the beach, the location is great and a beautiful. The color of the wood gives it a charming look and on the outside as we understand that having a wooden house near the beach is very difficult to maintain. It is this way also charming. It has a beautiful atmosphere, light and decoration. Mariana de manager was very helpful and nice to us so we’re the owners. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Hope to come again soon.

Fantastic stay

Amanda's and Jason's home made for a wonderful stay in SPI! Home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend by the pool and short distance to the beach. Pool was secluded thanks to the surrounding trees. Stunning place. Definitely looking forward to another stay here!

We overall enjoyed are stay!

None of the TVs in the room were hooked up, downstairs bedroom mold on ceiling over little bed, downstairs room had a weird order, the golf carts lights were not working and it didn’t seem to have good power. Pool items were broken.The kitchen was supplied very well and all toiletries were stocked. Detergent was stocked! Upstairs was very pretty and we enjoyed the big windows. Location was excellent!! The pool is very nice!
