Fantastic Property

This is a great property on St. Julien Cove. It’s protected from the waves of the open water and has a wonderful view of the sunset. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax.

Our family had a wonderful time. It worked well for our 4 families. Plenty of room for playing in the back yard, tying up multiple boats and ample parking. We really enjoyed the screen porch as well. Will definitely rent again.

Extra nice place

All the comforts of home and then some. Nice waterfront area, large lawn, quiet surroundings, very spacious home in great condition, well equipped, very responsive property manager who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great choice for a family vacation!

Family Vacation

Great house for our family vacation-enough beds for heads. Great location on land and lake. Nice calm cove for kayaking while having a great view of the big lake. Water and electric on dock for boat. We plan in making another trip.

The house was warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was exactly as described and more. The house was spacious and accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed. The view of the lake was beautiful and delightful to wake up to every morning. Thank you for allowing us to make Thanksgiving 2025 memories to hold on too.

Family getaway

My husband and I decided instead of Christmas gifts we would give something more lasting which was memories of this trip. The house was perfect, and had something for everyone. The host had the shed full of fun activities and games for all ages. The fire pit was great for the cool nights.

Pros: great location, big selection of kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, kayaks and water amenities were in useable condition and the house is about 15min from Santee. St Julian’s cove is large and easy to access and the house is right next to the lake and quick access to the boat channel. Con’s: all tvs need to be updated, they all rely on fire sticks and the living room wouldn’t connect at all, the grills were not useable either dirty or not functional. The master bedroom bed was rock hard and the thermostat upstairs must be on a schedule because it adjusted overnight to 82 degrees. The house was sort of clean when we arrived, the microwave and fridge were dirty but the rest of the house was ok. All of these are easily fixed and if the owners fix them, we would certainly stay here again.

Holiday Family Gathering

The house is lovely and as advertised, on a beautiful piece of property and lake. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is open to living room with gorgeous lake views. Very comfortable. We enjoyed the paddle boat and fires at night.
