Immediately feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

We were very pleasantly surprised by everything about this lovely home. So well stocked with anything and everything you might need. Parking was great for two SUV cars. Loved the front deck for sitting and watching all the busy people walking, running, driving by. The back patio was secure to leave our sandy beach umbrellas, shoes, towels and toys....we will go back again.

After growing up in the Bay Area and spending many weekends at Capitola Beach, we searched for the perfect Beach house for our family and to share with others. Capitola is so unique, quaint and beautiful. Capitola Village is a gem. You are close to everything and we love that you can just park and walk everywhere. Wonderful boutiques, restaurants, Gayle's Bakery, grocery stores and most importantly, the magnificent Capitola Beach is 150 steps away! It's so relaxing in Capitola and the weather is always perfect.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it was open and airy with high ceilings and a wall of windows. As you enter the condo you immediately feel relaxed. Not only do you have an ocean view, but you have all the amenities to relax on vacation. You have a wonderful patio to grill on, a lovely living room to chill in, a beautiful kitchen to cook in or and enough room to have your whole family with you. Our place sleeps 8 comfortably. Most importantly you are 150 steps from Capitola Beach! This condo is perfect for a family vacation, couples weekend, and girls or guys getaways! Everyone will love it. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive again!

What makes this property unique

This condo is light and bright and full of all the right amenities, including a small ocean view! The proximity to the Beach and all the restaurants and shops, the views, the patio to relax and grill on, are all reasons to love this home. Anyone that comes and stays will quickly realize that it's a perfect location!
