This charming 2-bedroom cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway—all at a great value. Located just a quarter-mile walk to Pleasant Road Beach in desirable West Harwich, it's the perfect spot for sun, sand, and summer fun.

The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, small appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher, making mealtime easy and convenient. Stay cool with air conditioning in both the kitchen/living area and the queen bedroom.

Outside, enjoy a brand-new 400 sq. ft. patio (added for the 2024 season), complete with a patio table, umbrella, chairs, and picnic table—ideal for soaking up the sun or dining al fresco. Other amenities include a charcoal grill, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a classic enclosed outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach.

The home is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated — everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was.One small suggestion for the owner: it would be great to replace the bedroom and bathroom doorknobs — they make a loud noise at night when someone gets up. Also, installing a flexible shower hose in the main bathroom and in the outdoor shower would make things even more convenient.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and I would gladly return. Thank you for a great experience!

The house was clean and had some (probably leftover)supplies like trash bags, paper plates and toilet paper. The floors creaked loudly in several spots, so we accidentally woke the baby a few times. Kitchen tools were well stocked including a blender. I would stay here again.

The house has a good location to main road, very close to the beach and close to many different coffee shops, bakeries, restorants, anbreakfast rooms and other shops. The beach is in a walking distance. The house has nice living and kitchen areas, master bedroom walls need some touch up, bathroom has to be clean better. There is no washing and drying machine. The back yard not in the best condition too.
