Superb panoramic view of the Mediterranean, the lake of Leucate and the Pyrenees, from this terraced house of 60 m², WITHOUT OPPOSITE, well maintained.
For 4 to 6 people.
2 BEDROOMS upstairs: one with 140 bed, the other with loft bed (140 bed downstairs and 90 above) + convertible (140 bed) in the living room
2 BATHROOMS WITH WC (one upstairs, one on the ground floor).
Dining room, living room with 2 L-shaped sofas (including the convertible)
Plenty of storage.
Very well equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, DISHWASHER).
3 TELEVISIONS (living room and each bedroom). DVD PLAYER.

In 8 minutes on foot, by a charming path / shaded staircase, you arrive at the beautiful beach of Leucate, located at the foot of the cliff and sheltered from the tramontane.
In a few minutes on foot, or by mountain bike, another pretty path gives access to the Leucate plateau (high of the cliff) where many hiking trails will make you discover the lighthouse, the semaphore, the garrigue and the vineyards, without forget the magnificent sea views from the cliff.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison située sur les hauteurs de Leucate Plage. Très bon équipement, environnement calme. Très belle terrasse verdoyante avec vue sur l’étang de Leucate. Le plus sont la clim, les rangements, la proximité de la plage à pied. Christine est très disponible et met à disposition des renseignements sur la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la maison, que nous avions choisie à la base pour sa proximité avec la plage et la clim dans toutes les pièces. En prime une déco soignée et la terrasse avec vue sur le lac et la mer, que du bonheur ! Christine est très sympathique, nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous en avons l'opportunité !

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und voll ausreichend für fünf Personen (mit Klimaanlage in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen), Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind gegen Aufpreis gesondert zu erhalten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein luxuriöser Außengrill ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt und können das Haus ohne Eintschränkungen empfehlen.

Für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt: Ein schönes kleines Häuschen mit einer großzügigen Terrasse, die einen zauberhaften Ausbilck auf das Wasser hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Räumlichkeiten waren blitzsauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und warmherzig. Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt!

Très agréable séjour

La maison de Christine et Jean Luc est vraiment agréable avec tout le confort.Une vue fantastique sur l’étang ,la mer, les Albères et le massif du Canigou .La propriété est très bien située,plage et petites randonnées à pied depuis la maison.Marchés locaux(Leucate,Port Leucate…) et de très bon restaurants à proximité. Nous avons eu la chance de croiser Christine le jour de notre départ,c’est une personne très accueillante et sympathique, soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison et nous y reviendrons très certainement. Merci encore Christine et Jean Luc nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine,conforme et à la hauteur de la description sur l’annonce.Tout était parfait.

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans cette charmante location sur la falaise de Leucate. L'équipement est parfait ( incroyable d'avoir autant de rangements!), la décoration soignée, nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La vue est superbe et l'emplacement est idéal que ce soit pour aller à la plage, sur les étangs ou en randonnée. Nous espérons revenir!

Super séjour, très confortable

La maison est très confortable, bien agencée et la vue sur la mer et l’étang de Leucate est superbe. Terrasse sans vis à vis, c’est un plus. Juste un pb avec un volet roulant le dernier soir mais sinon super séjour, à recommander.

Un confort et une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison qui dispose de tout le confort que nous recherchions ( climatisation très appréciable en cette période, machine a laver, sèche linge...) La vue depuis la maison est superbe et le quartier très calme. Merci à Christine pour toutes les indications précises qu'elle nous a données et qui nous ont permis de bien profiter des environs.

Toller Meerblick und ein gepflegtes kleines Haus . Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich. Keine Endreinigung und Bettwäsche, dies sollte im Inserat vermerkt werden.

Excellent séjour entre mer et falaises

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable entre mer et falaise. Le quartier est très calme et en même temps très proche de la plage et idéal pour des balades à pied ou en vélo sur les falaises. Balades au village de la Franqui par la falaise ou au village conchylicole par le bord de mer. Une piste cyclable vous permettra de vous rendre jusqu'au port. Le logement en excellent état, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Il offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les propriétaires nous ont réservés un accueil très sympathique. Ils ont été de bon conseil quand aux activités à réaliser en fonction de nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournerons très certainement. MR Et Mme Robinet
