Your wellness holiday home in a dream location. Right on the beach (!) with spectacular panoramic view of the bay to the Pyrenees. They go out of the gate and are right on the water, where their children can play without your supervision. The house (100 sqm) plus garage offers every comfort. 3 bedrooms all with air-plants, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, large living / dining room and separate kitchen exclusive. The terraces with garden furniture surrounded with Mediterranean plants. From the large south-facing terrace, the bedrooms with large balcony, you have a great view of the lying directly in front of the house promenade with the beach. From the north terrace and bedroom overlooks the beautiful nature reserve 'Clape' and the evening sun can enjoy. Four huge sandy beaches, Plage de Mateile, Plage des Chalets, Plage de la Vieille Nouvelle and Le Grazel front of the house, invite you to swim.


ATTENTION: WINTER SPECIAL In January and February !!! Skiing in the Pyrenees. Book our home for 2 weeks for the price of 600, - € (instead of 1100, - €). During this period, you can book in the Pyrenees with the remaining amount of any length ski holiday (z..B. 3 days / 5 days / 1 week). Day trips are also possible. The ski areas are between 80 and 120 minutes away from our house.

Wundervoller Urlaub in Gruissan

Wir haben den Urlaub in Gruissan sehr genossen. Alles war gut zu erreichen, man schaut direkt vom Haus auf das Wasser. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Es hat der ganzen Familie gefallen.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Schön möbliert, gut ausgestattet, großes Wohnesszimmer. Die Terrasse könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein. Die Spüle war sehr unappetitlich, einige Türen waren im Bereich der Türgriffe s e h r verschmutzt, Rauchmelder in zwei Schlafzimmern defekt und nicht ersetzt, Kunststofftüren der Dusche lange nicht grundgereinigt usw. Die Endreinigungsgebühr von 150,00 € grenzt bei dieser Sachlage an Wucher. Schade um das schöne Haus.

Parfait en tout points

Maison idéalement située au bord de l’eau . Prestations irréprochables, propre , bien aménagée , 3 grandes chambres à l’étage avec balcon face à la mer. Au Rez de chaussée grand salon coin repas cheminée accolé à une cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le tout donne sur terrasse idéalement orientée. 7 vélos à disposition, pas de soucis de stationnement ni de circulation automobile autour. Que dire de plus , parfait !

Tolles Haus am Meer

Das Haus war spitzenmäsig und besonders die untere Etage sehr nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Toll ist auch der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter😊Von der Terrasse sieht man das Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell am Hafen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal im Haus von Herrn Schubert. Vor 2 Jahren waren wir bereits total begeistert, doch nun nach dem Errichten des "Privatstrandes" ist es kaum noch zu toppen. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir bereits wieder gebucht, das sagt eigentlich alles. Weiter so und vielen Dank für den Erhalt des tollen Standards.

Wir fühlen uns schon wie zu Hause ...

Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir uns in Herrn Schuberts Feriendomizil wohlfühlen dürfen. Auf den neuen Fotos konnten wir es schon erkennen... der Umbau in der Zeit nach unserem letzten Besuch in 2016 ist wirklich gelungen. Die tolle Küche, die sehr gemütliche Couch vorm Kamin, die vielen kleinen Ausstattungsdetails haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt und die Vor-Ort-Betreuung sind wirklich perfekt und lassen keine Frage offen ;-) Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür!!! In der nahen und fernen Umgebung gibt es noch so viel Neues zu entdecken, dass wir ganz sicher wieder kommen werden. Auch wenn es den Belegungskalender leider weiter einengen wird... Wirklich ein Top-Ferienhaus mit allen Anehmlichkeiten. Der kleine Wermutstropfen ist der lieblose Garten.Natürlich sind die Gartenmöbel + der Grill ebenfalls erste Sahne - nur im Vergleich zur Nachbarschaft ist der Bewuchs traurig

Gemütliches Schlösschen

Wie soll man die Gefühle beschreiben, als wir in das Haus kamen? Wir kamen rein und es sagte: "Herzlich willkommen, fühl dich wohl und genieße deinen Urlaub". So haben wir es empfunden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind so geschmackvoll, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist so wunderschön. Egal ob Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer oder Badezimmer. Wir sind total begeistert. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und was wir persönlich superklasse finden, sind die Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Einfach ein Traum. Herzlichen Dank , das wir das genießen durften. Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Wunderschöne Einrichtung und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage und ein Flat, was für ein Luxus :-) Tolle Aussicht, die Nähe vom Städtchen ist genial. Vor Ort ganz liebe und tolle Betreuung.

Das geschmackvoll und luxuriös eingerichtete klimatisierte Reihenhaus liegt unmittelbar an einer Fußgängerstrandpromenade. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist die nähere Umgebung mit Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und ein weiterer wunderschöner Strand in Kürze erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die Erforschung der umliegenden Städte und Dörfer des Languedoc Roussillon. Ein toller Ort für Jung und Alt!

Traumhaus in Gruissan

Wir verbringen schon viele Jahre in diesem schönen Haus unseren Urlaub. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses wird jedes Jahr schöner. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Heuer haben wir die nagelneuen Räder sehr genossen. Die Umgebung von Gruissan hat immer noch neue Überraschungen für uns. Wir erholen uns sehr gut in dem schönen Haus mit der tollen Lage direkt an der Lagune. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist immer nett, die Abwicklung der Formalien völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Formidabel!

Ein Haus für Menschen, die das Meer am liebsten direkt bei sich im Garten hätten: Von der Terrasse sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Étang, in dem wir wunderbar noch bis Ende Oktober schwimmen konnten. Auf der Terrasse aus konnten wir auch bei starkem Wind geschützt sitzen und stundenlang aufs Wasser schauen und uns selbst bei stürmischen Tagen noch sonnen. Auf den oberen Balkonen fühlt man sich wie der Kapitän auf Deck eines Schiffes. Und wenn der Meerwind morgens nach dem Öffnen der Läden direkt ins Bett weht, könnte man denken, man wäre mitten auf offener See. Für uns der perfekte Ort, um das Meer vom Haus aus oder bei Spaziergängen auf der kilometerlangen Promenade zu genießen! Im Haus muss man auf keinen Komfort verzichten. Vermieter und Hausverwaltung sind freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben uns, genau wie im letzten Jahr, wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Leider sind die Oleanderbüsche an der Terrasse mittlerweile so hoch gewachsen, dass sie die schöne Aussicht auf das Wasser fast völlig verdecken. Das fanden wir sehr schade! Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und wir können dieses schöne Plätzchen für einen tollen Urlaub nur weiter empfehlen! Martina Nagl und Ulrich Hockamp
