Family house of 60m², located 300m from Les Huttes beach, in the town of St Denis d'Oléron, in the wild and pretty part of the north of the island.

Rental for weekend, week or more.

On the ground floor:
- a living room with open fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...)
The living room, with a large corner sofa and a flat screen TV, opens onto a south-facing terrace, and a 100 m2 garden facing south to enjoy the sun.

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 140 * 200 double bed.
- a bedroom with 1 bunk bed 140 * 190 and 90 * 190 and 1 bed 90 * 190
Each bedroom has large closets, and each bed is equipped with 1 duvet, and 2 pillows.
- a bathroom with a large shower, a vanity unit.

Well equipped and ideally located. Garden is a bit small but the dunes are right outside the front door. Good Wifi and television setup. Clean and convent with bicycles. Helpful host too!

Excellent little house very close to a fabulous beach which is dog friendly out of season.

Everything you could possibly need has been considered in this holiday home. Very clean, nice decor, secure garden. We had to contact the owner to find the key box but she was very kind about that and I felt that we could call her if we needed anything else...(we didnt). The 'welcome' bottle of wine was delicious and tide timetable was very useful ! Shower was hot. Heating easily adjusted. Bed comfortable. No hesitation to recommend this property.

Al met al een prima locatie. Huisje biedt veel en is netjes. Kleine en fijne tuin met de hele dag (kans op) zon. Strand is idd op enkele meters loopafstand. Kies ervoor tijdens eb naar het strand te gaan. Ga naar links (zuiden). De eerste paar honderd meters veel stenen, daarna een enorm breed en heerlijk zandstrand zo ver als je maar wilt. Winkels zijn niet echt dichtbij, maar het is ook wel weer een avontuur om erheen te rijden. De Internet connectie verloopt via ADSL en is prima voor basisbehoeften, maar wil je vakantiefilmpjes uploaden, dan komt het toch echt power te kort. Wij (ik en de honden) hebben in ieder geval genoten !! Hartelijk dank aan Angélique !!

Très bon accueil même si c'était à distance.Location très agréable et très propre ce qui est vraiment appréciable.La proximité de la plage et le calme de la résidence à cette période.Le prêt de vélos pour se balader et aller voir le phare par exemple a été apprécié par petits et grands.Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Merci beaucoup

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig am Meer, wo sich ein wunderbarer sehr langer (und bei Ebbe sehr breiter) Sandstrand befindet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet, sodass man einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen kann. Deutsche Sender kann man mit dem Fernseher allerdings nur empfangen, wenn man diese zu einem geringen Aufpreis von momentan 9 für einen Monat, dazu bucht. Aber auch das hat Mme Roy binnen eines Tages für uns erledigt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und unseren beiden Golden Retriever Hunden auch. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Comme l'année dernière nous avons passé des très agréables journées dans la jolie cabane. Tous les détails de l'organisation et le séjour ont été très bien communiquées. L'équipement était correct, tout était présent pour un séjour agréable. Merci! Le fait que le temps ait apporté de la pluie par moments n'était pas si grave ! Nous prévoyons de revenir la prochaine fois !

Das Haus verfügt über eine exzellente Aufteilung, eine schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten, PKW-Stellplatz und Schuppen. Die Lage in einer kleinen charmanten Siedlung direkt am Plage des Huttes ist top, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in St. Denis, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einzig die Töpfe, Pfannen (wir haben uns neue gekauft) und Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, sie antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir können das Haus zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Idéal pour les sentiers

Logement bien équipé, semaine très très chaude, une climatisation aurait été la bienvenue. Nombreuses balades dans les dunes à proximité du logement que ce soit à pieds ou à vélo, proche de Saint Denis pour les courses en dépannage et du phare de Chassiron. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Sommes arrivés dans une location tres propre et tres bien située avec un voisinage tranquille la première plage etant à 500m.Avec les recommandations d usage les propriétaires avait laissé une bouteille de vin de la region ce qui est tres gentil.
