Open plan house just 2000ft from the ocean. Extremely well situated and convenient to all beaches with an under the highway tunnel through to Paradise Cove Beach. 2 miles from the famous Zuma Beach and many other fantastic ocean spaces. 6 mins from Pepperdine, the famous Surf Rider beach and Cross Creek Shopping Center. Local stores 2 mins away. Famous Escondido Falls hike access from house. Plenty of outdoor eating space, bbq, patio, deck and for the kids a rope swing, trampoline, room for yard games.

This property grabbed me the moment I stepped foot on it! I had looked at many, many Malibu properties before this one and I knew from the moment I got out of the car that this spot was special. Amazing views, gentle breezes, lots of outdoor space. It has a wonderful feel to it!

The wall of glass doors that open up to our patio truly means indoor outdoor living! All the windows along the kitchen and living room let you experience the ocean and sky to their fullest.
