Ocean front luxurious rental on Malibu's best dry sandy beach with panoramic ocean views. Located on the sand, this beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaire Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach!

The rental was designed by a renowned architect which shows in the great attention to detail and upgraded finishes. Wonderful vaulted ceilings make this vacation rental open and spacious. This luxurious 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom rental has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a very large deck and panoramic views of the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped and accented with stainless stain appliances, granite counters, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, glass cabinetry and upgraded hardware. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub and marble counters.
Included with the rental is one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.

Fully equipped with all essentials: : gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. There is garage parking and the property is gated for extra privacy.

You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views, a large deck for relaxing and dining. Steps to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand.

Carefree with all the electronics: When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo with IPod connection, CD player and Wi-Fi.

Malibu Beaches: Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Malibu. This unit is on the sand with panoramic views of the ocean and the Queens Necklace of Santa Monica Bay. It is near the world famous Surfrider Beach with amazing views of the Malibu Pier.

Incredible location right on the water in Malibu. The views alone are worth it, and the house itself was clean, modern, and super comfortable, very well run. Highly recommend if you're looking for the perfect beach stay.

The beach view was amazing-kitchen well stocked, it was clean. The only complaint is back bedrooms do not get much of an ocean breeze so it was a little stuffy at night due to no a/c

Loved this property! The beach location is fabulous and we spent most of our time sitting on the deck, which was bigger than we thought it would be. We will definitely want to return. The condo was clean, but old and we struggled in the heat sleeping at night with no AC. The fans were noisy and didn't seem to work very well, but at least they were provided. Appreciated all the towels, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie board. Perfect location, but we hit terrible traffic while they are redoing the PCH and it took 2 hours to get from Santa Monica to Malibu - should have been 20 mins, so we had to consider this every time we went out. We were sad to leave such a wonderful location!

Great view, great beach. King bed is great.Twin bed is fine.Full bed is a sad joke.Thankfully portable fans in each closet. No air or ceiling fans otherwise.Kitchen was super basic. Could use a full set of pots and pans and more silverware (literally a set of 6).Grounds Crew/Maintenance/Housekeeping were all wonderful: Helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind.

Wonderful Malibu Retreat by the Ocean
