Superbly situated on the glittering ocean's edge on one side and the Kona Country club golf course on the other side, this upper-level condominium unit is minutes from the village of Kailua-Kona. You'll enjoy world-class Big Island golf courses ,beaches, snorkeling ,scuba diving & sports fishing. Plus relax in the luxury of a million dollar home ,for less that the price of typical hotel lodging accommodations.

THERE IS NO EXTRA FEE FOR THE USE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom and living area has individual a/c units for independent temperature comfort.

This spacious well appointed ocean front home features a private lanai with wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 cable TV's, Washer/Dryer. Broadband Cable/Wi-Fi computer access at no charge. The master bedroom on main floor has a king size bed, TV. Master bath has bath tub and rain shower. The second bedroom on main floor has a king size bed and a full walk-in closet, TV. 2nd Bath has a rain shower and a two sink vanity. The third bedroom (loft bedroom) is upstairs and overlooks the living area and has a queen size bed.

These comfortable AIR CONDITIONED* accommodations are designed for privacy and casual island living. Relax amid the cool tropical gardens. Enjoy 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, pool side barbecue all in a complex with 24 hour gated security.

Beach Equipment - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and portable cooler are available, however, they do get moved between units so we cannot guarantee the condition/availability.

IRONMAN house rules - NO Bicycles allowed in our unit. Our onsite manager will enforce this policy.

****PLEASE NOTE: Kanaloa has a one time $30.00 resort fee that will be collected at time of check in.

****Nightly Rate is for 2 guests. Additional fee of $15 per night per guest above 2 guests.

Beautiful resort, great location, especially for snorkeling out of Keauhou Bay. The unit was as described, and we truly loved our stay. One thing to note, it is a ground floor entrance with a full flight of stairs to the main level on the second floor. This means a much better view for the sunsets, but does have the stairs if that’s a concern.We would love to return for another stay in the future!!!

This lovely condo was an ideal spot for our family vacation. The views were amazing and we were very comfortable during our stay. The owner thoughtfully provided a binder with tips and recommendations, and there were helpful instructions on how to operate everything. We had to evacuate due to the tsunami and the Island contact reached out to check on us and give us tips on where to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Where to begin?! This condo was everything we hoped for. The location and views couldn’t have been better. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We were especially excited to see so much so many storage containers! A true bonus! We also appreciated the outdoor closet full of pool and beach supplies. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our home away from home and would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Condo - Awesome Complex

Second time at this complex and we will be back. 2604 was perfect for our needs. Six adults were very comfortable. The Lanai overlooking the pool was stunning. The condo was nicely appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Staff at the complex were very friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. We will be back!

Great place to stay

We had everything we needed for our stay with our family including child gates for the two stairways, a car seat and crib. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. We will stay here again.

Quiet beach stay

Great place to stay right on the ocean. Clean, quiet, and well kept unit and surroundings. We really enjoyed the three swimming pools and of course the view of the pacific ocean.

Excellent condo unit

Just stayed here for 28 days. I highly recommend this condo unit. Is very well stocked with just about everything you would need, is clean and everything works, beds are comfortable, view of ocean and sunsets are glorious, owner is promptly available for questions, and property is well maintained. Great place to stay.

Family Vacation

I highly recommend this well managed condo which is well situated near Kona with a lanai view that cannot be beat. Our family all had enough space and enjoyed the amenities of the property but most of all loved having our meals on the lanai watching the sunsets which were different each night. The condo is well situated for privacy. Thank you to the owners for providing such a lovely place for vacationing on the Big Island!

Nice condo

We stayed here with two adults and two teens and had a great time. The condo was clean and nicely updated. The grounds and pool areas were nicely maintained and very quiet after dark. The sunset view from the lanai was even better than we expected. The building is conveniently located near shopping and Keauhou Bay activities. Owner was excellent with communication. Overall, this was a great stay!

Kanaloa 2604 is an outstanding condo unit. Clean, neat, extremely well maintained and stocked. Beautiful sunset views from the lanai. Master bedroom suite is large and comfortable. Can easily accommodate 2 couples or a large family. The condo development has 3 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, and lovely grounds. It is also well located. All in all, this is an excellent condo choice for staying in the Kona area. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay on the Big Island

The unit had an amazing view. We sat on the Lanai for all our meals, and spent many hours in the mornings watching the kids play in the pool. The complex is lush and well-manicured. The pools and tennis courts are all close to the unit. The unit itself is large and accommodated our family easily. There were plenty of dishes, spices, utensils, paper towels, garbage bags, beach towels, and beach chairs. The owners were very flexible and easy to reach. We were going to need an extended stay if our flights were cancelled due to the recent Hurricane, and they quickly responded to our response and were a great support. Overall, an excellent experience.

Rat infestation

The property is beautiful, we had a great time. but the cable box was broken , not too drastic. On our third day the maintenance man banged on our door to let the exterminator in because the day before we arrived there was a rat infestation! Not too happy about that. Would have been nice if the property owner would have told us before we arrived. Be advised you will be provided only a starter amount (one roll per bathroom) of toilet paper. Again would have been nice to know before arrival so we could get more during our grocery stop on the way to the condo. Also the phone number provided for the local contact is not current.

Beautiful and spacious

The condo is very clean, spacious, comfortable and has a glorious view from the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to eat in. The washer and dryer in the unit are very handy if you are staying longer and need to do some laundry during your stay. We enjoyed the lanai a lot -- sound of waves crashing on the rocks and beautiful sunset every day! The property is very conveniently situated. There's a shopping center very close by where there's a grocery store, drug store, multiple restaurants, etc. Magic Sands Beach is not too far away, Manini Beach and Captain Cook's Monument are also not too far away. Captain Cook's Monument is a great location to kayak and snorkel. Kahalu'u Bay is a great spot to surf, also not too far from the condo. One thing to note -- the unit is on the 2nd level. There is a flight of stairs from the ground floor main entrance to the unit. This may be an issue for guests with mobility issues. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Karen was kind enough to offer late checkout as we had a very late flight. Thank you, Karen!

Our mainland home is in the Monterey Bay area in California. We all participate in taking care of our lovely home away from home in Kona. Between all the family, parents, children and grand children, we spend 3 to 4 months a year on the Big Island.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that could accommodate the family. With just under 1800 square feet
it is spacious and comfortable. Most of our time is spent out on the large Lanai overlooking the incredible Pacific Ocean.

What makes this property unique

It overlooks the ocean pool and the ocean. There are 2 other pools, 1 being adults only. There are tennis and pickleball courts as well. It is a short walk to shopping and to Keauhou Bay. There is also 24 hour gated security.
