Custom home located within walking distance to the Old Mill District and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and within minutes to downtown. Perfect for 4 couples! Tired of renting a four-bedroom home with bunkbeds, trundle beds, or air mattresses in the rooms? Our home was designed so each person/couple has a nice bed with their own full private bathroom. This luxurious home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to meet everyone's comfort needs.

Upstairs has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and bonus room.
Bedroom #1 - Primary Bedroom - King bed with smart TV and gorgeous primary bathroom attached. Primary bathroom includes heated floors, walk-in tiled shower with three shower heads, a soaking tub, two sinks and private toilet.

Bedroom #2 - Queen bed attached to full bathroom #2 including tiled walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 - Queen bed attached to full bathroom #3 with walk-in tiled shower. Bathroom #3 has a separate entrance from bonus room. Jack & Jill style.

Upstairs Bonus room includes a smart TV, two couches; one in which is a pull-out sofa sleeper, and a table for playing cards or puzzles. Bonus room has access to Bathroom #3.

The main floor has an open floor plan that includes the living, dining, and kitchen space. A gas fireplace, smart TV, and large cozy sectional couch great for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen includes 2 ovens, a six-burner gas stove top, and wine fridge. The main floor also includes a washer and dryer just off the kitchen, and bedroom #4 and bathroom #4 at the front of the house.

Bedroom #4 - Queen bed adjacent to bathroom #4: full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

The backyard patio includes a gas firepit, dining area, mood lighting, and both a gas and charcoal BBQ. The front yard includes an additional gas firepit and seating area to enjoy while watching the sunset.


Beds are quality mattresses - very comfortable.

Gas fireplace to heat the house and central air/heating along with celling fans in all the rooms.

Our home is located in a very desirable location - walk to Old Mill District and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Just minutes to downtown Bend. Enjoy all that Bend has to offer; Mt Batchelor, central Oregon's 21 breweries, many fine dining restaurants, golfing, mountain biking, disk golf, hiking, cascade lakes, and the Deschutes River.

A great base camp in Bend!

Beautiful home in a great spot! Reasonable walk to the Box Factory area and a somewhat longer walk to the Old Block. We could clearly hear concerts at Hayden Homes amphitheater from the front porch. Very comfortable house and well appointed!

Perfect home. Easy access to Bachelor, downtown, and Old Mill.

House was very clean and decorated perfectly to make you feel like you were at home. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare any family meal. We visited days before Christmas so we even spent an evening creating our Christmas cookies.

Rented this property w/my 3 sisters and 3 nieces. There was plenty of room for us, and especially appreciated having 4 bathrooms since our group was all women! The house was immaculate; clean and no signs of wear and tear. Fully stocked w/the essentials. Marissa, the owner, was prompt with answering questions and provided all the information needed for a seamless check in, stay & check out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I would definitely rent this house again in the future!

Base house for Mt. Bachelor skiing

The experience was absolutely wonderful for my family of 6 adults. We all got our own bedrooms, except with 1 person on a pullout couch (that had a nice real mattress on it). The house is gorgeous, very updated and clean as well as being fully stocked with all the kitchenware and towels and even things you might not realize you need. The kitchen/dining/living room area in open and perfect for a big get-together and making big meals. The owner was in contact with me thru the entire process, giving us a seamless early check-in. They even came and shoveled out the driveway while we were there. The location is an easy walk to the Old Mill area and the neighborhood was quiet. The only problem to note is that we could not find live NFL on the the TV service. There are several movie channel options, but not live NFL or college football games (unless we were just unable to figure it out). Fortunately I brought a Chromecast devise so we could display on the TV from my phone.

Had a fabulous time in Bend - in large part due to our stay here! Great location with a lot of space for a large group. The house was extremely clean and had great amenities for a long stay. Highly recommend!

Thankful family time

This home was a perfect place for our family of 6 to all be together to share Thanksgiving. Very comfy and cozy - lots of room to cook a big dinner and play many games. Why they chose this property

We wanted a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom vacation home where we could host our families for holidays. Adults like their privacy and this home is very comfortable with every couple having their own bathroom to use. We wanted comfortable quality beds We travel frequently with other couples and find it difficult to find homes without bunk beds or children's rooms. This home is perfect for 4 couples.

What makes this property unique

Our home is not only extremely comfortable, but we are in a prime location. The Old Mill Shopping Center and the Hayden outdoor amphitheater is right down the street within walking distance.
