Comfortable furnished apartment of 75 m2 renovated in Toulon West on the 1st floor of a villa with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (dishwasher-microwave grill, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, pots, dishes, coffee maker), 2 bathrooms. This accommodation includes in the master bedroom: a double bed, a sofa bed, a wall cupboard. The 2nd bedroom includes: 2 beds of 90cms, a bathroom, a dressing room. The dining room has: a television, a dining table, 2 sofas including 1 convertible 2 places. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. Spacious, bright and very friendly you have access to WIFI and air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet close to shops: 2 min walk to Casino supermarket and 5min drive to a supermarket Carrefour, Auchan and Leclerc. BBQ facilities are available in a garden area. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans votre appartement. Merci Helene et Jean Claude pour votre accueil chaleureux et vos bons conseils. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et nous avons pu découvrir votre belle région. Un appartement très très propre très bien équipé ,accès pour un parking ventilateur et air conditionné aussi, et pas loin du supermarché 5min à pied et 9 min de la plage. Je conseille très fort cet appartement.

Appartement tres spacieux et confortable.

Situé en haut d'une villa, ce appartement est très spacieuse et avec toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, nous ont accueillis et nous ont offert toutes les informations nécessaires, et même due a une imprevú qui nous a fait changer nos dates en douceur adaptées à nos besoins. Dans le même temps son discretion nous a permis de profiter des jours que nous avons passés dans ce logement.con intimité. (pas de vis à vis) A quelques minutes a pied il y a un grand supermarché et tout le nécessaire. Le quartier est calme, parfait pour se détendre, et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre historique, le port et les plages.
