Nous avons été déçus dès notre arrivée en constatant que le studio était placé directement dans la maison des propriétaires, ce qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Peu d'intimité possible, de plus sur l'annonce était mentionné une chambre, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Un canapé lit était présent directement dans la pièce de vie. Propre mais sans plus, peu accueillant, le propriétaire peu accueillant également semblait très méfiant, ne nous a pas donné envie de revenir.

Je suis surpris et très déçu de votre appréciation compte tenu des bons échanges, qu'on a pu avoir à votre arrivée et durant votre séjour. Tout d'abord le studio est totalement indépendant. Seule la cour du parking est partagée , donc je ne comprends pas le peu d'intimité que vous évoquez !!! Le titre de l'annonce de location est explicite : " Studio meublé proche de la plage " donc cela signifie qu'il n'y a qu'une pièce à vivre Les photos actualisées montrent le seul couchage qui est un canapé convertible. En ce qui concerne la propreté du studio , c'est moi qui nettoie après chaque locataire et je fais en sorte que ça soit impeccable. L'accueil, j'en fais une priorité que ce soit avant votre séjour ou pendant vos vacances donc je ne comprends pas ce que vous me reprochez si ce n'est une caution demandée, qui est précisée dans l'annonce. Pour finir, j'aurais aimé un peu plus de franchise et de sincérité de votre part, ce qui à mon sens aurait été plus constructif.

Superbe appartement, plus spacieux en vrais que sur photos. Entrée indépendante et place de parking. Question déco il n'y a rien à dire, c'est tout neuf. Très belle plage à moins de 3 minutes à pied et Dinard centre à 5 minutes en voiture. Ballade du Littoral à faire absolument.

Bonjour, Notre séjour à Saint-Lunaire, bien que très court, fût excellent. Le propriétaire est fort plaisant, l'appartement situé dans un quartier calme est très propre, très lumineux et très bien agencé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et le recommandons.

-Studio très bien entretenu, -Mobilier impeccable -Propriétaire très accueillant -Proche de la plage -Je vous le conseille vivement si vous aimez les belles promenade en font de mer ( attention tout de même aux marees) -Activités nautiques très proches (3 à 4 kms) -Supermarché un peu éloigné mais en vacances c est pas non plus le plus important ;-)

studio quasi conforme à la description ( il manquait le grille pain et les vélos).Une belle météo nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour: très belles balades entre Saint Malo et Saint Lunaire sur le sentier côtier tout proche du studio.

Les photos correspondent à la description du studio Nous avons reçu de bons conseils de la part du propriétaire pour les sites à découvrir. Appartement très calme proche de la mer et des différentes villes à visiter comme Dinan Saint Malo etc Le chemin du littoral aux portes du studio est très agréable à faire Nous avons passé quatre jours formidables à découvrir cette magnifique région Mr Chevalier
