Domaine de Saint Cyprien 500 meters from the beach, detached duplex villas and / or paired with Mediterranean colors.
 
Saint Cyprien, wide sandy bay with turquoise waters dominated by a Genoese tower, guardian of the place.
 
near the shops within walking distance (500 m ) are available: supermarket, delicatessen with local products, bakery, butcher, newsagent, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and a post office.
 
Beach within walking distance with young children, maintained, monitored and done (docks and navigation channels).

hyper cool beach restaurants (especially at night!).

NB: pool running from 01 May to 15 October

Living room / kitchen - (bay window) # electrical store - fan "colonial": hob (ceramic), oven (electric), extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle (electric), food processor , dishwasher, fitted cupboards, sofa bed (2 people), TV - DVD - Dvix.

Laundry washing machine.
Bedroom 1 - access small balcony - "colonial" fan: 2 single beds (2 x 90 can be joined) - storage.
Room 2 - "colonial" fan: 2 sets of bunk beds (4 x 90) - storage.
Bathroom: shower, washbasin.
WC / wash hand: independent.
 
Terrace (covered - colonial fan) - private garden: garden furniture (teak), outside shower (hot / cold), garden hose, fixed stone barbecue

NB: Supplement for heating from 29/09 to 28/04: 20 € / week

Optional: housekeeping(90€) and linen rental
Cleaning must be paid if animal and / or if departure before 9:00 am.

Le logement est très bien, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Résidence très calme au mois d'août. très belle piscine avec transat. La clim est appréciable. Très belle terrasse avec douche extérieure très pratique lors des retours de plage! Adresse à conserver pour un prochain séjour!

Pas terrible

Propreté à l'arrivée déplorable (sol terrasse collante, douche extérieure très sale...très mauvais réseau (pas de wifi, réseau téléphonique de mauvaise qualité) J'ai déjà séjourné à LECCI, je ne conseille pas du tout cette location qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement général et d'un réseau WIFI
