We enjoyed staying in the loft. There are some steps so if you have trouble walking steps, I wouldn’t recommend the loft. However, we didn’t mind. We would stay there again if we ever past through there again
The place was nice, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bedrooms were so spacious. I loved that Lisa, the host, provided a lot of useful items for the stay (laundry detergent, towels, bedsheets, hand soap, even shampoo and conditioner, etc.). Lisa put a lot of thought and care into the place. She was also very responsive when I had questions and contacted her a few times before the stay. There were many places to visit nearby and within driving distance to entertain our kids. It was a great stay!
It was a beautiful home base for us and we enjoyed it so much! It was in a wonderful location for us to explore Cambridge, everything was within walking distance for us to explore. My only suggestion would be to provide ice cube trays (we looked and couldn’t find any!) since there was no ice maker in the freezer! In this day of everyone carrying water all the time, ice is important when filling those bottles and cups. But still a wonderful home to rent! Thank you!!
The place is tucked away on the upper floor of a business near boat piers and a cool old church. Head up the stairs and you are met with a really nice apartment, with interesting decor, very clean, well laid-out, and with very spacious bedrooms. We had a nice and comfortable stay (including good beds and pillows). Be advised, though, that there are some sloped ceilings upstairs and tricky stairs to the upstairs bedroom suite, so it's best to be careful not to trip or bump your head (as I did once).
