The only reasons I have in giving "good" rather than excellent reviews are these:Unable to reach the actual property owner with questions, BUT the Evolve property manager contact was responsive. I was directed to the property cleaner, who passed me on to the owner -whom I could not reach.The property was very clean, mostly... but the futon was full of crumbs and animal hair when opened up. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathroom rug was dirty.No paring knives, paper towels; very few glasses.Appliances and bathroom looked very new, however. The property listing should indicate that the VRBO is actually at the rear of the property address -Not visible from the street.Over all, we were very comfortable at this property - there are just some tweaks that would improve the whole experience.

We’re sorry the futon and bathroom rug did not meet expectations. We’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure the futon is thoroughly inspected before each arrival, and we’ll replace the bathroom rug and fan. The listing does note that the rental unit is located behind the main house, and we’ve submitted a request to ensure this information is clearly reflected across all booking platforms before booking.
