LA VILLA DES PINS, facing the sea, is ideal for holidays in Brittany.

It is exceptionally located in a small dead end, directly overlooking the coastal path. quiet with beautiful sea view.

Rest in front of the sea, in Concarneau in any season.

Take advantage of the deckchairs on the terrace with sea view at the entrance to the port, on the Cabellou or go down to the beach 150 meters away.

For walkers, the GR 34 coastal path passes at the bottom of the dead end.

In any season, comfortably installed on the sofas, by the fireside in winter, or in each room, the sea view is magnificent from all rooms.

Your successful holidays in a house completely renovated recently by an interior designer, perfectly equipped, with careful decoration and offering you high-end services.

The house has a large living room with an open kitchen and on the upper floors, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms; these rooms all having sea views.

Very beautiful landscaped enclosed garden of around 400 m2, terraces on the ground floor and upstairs, private parking.

Its location will allow you to reach the city center and the closed city (shops, restaurants; etc ...) in 10 minutes by taking the ferry.

Local shops and an entirely new aquatic center with sea views are a 5-minute walk away.

On the ground floor, the BULTHAUP equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the dining room, allowing from 4 bays open to the South and West to enjoy the spectacle offered by the activity of pleasure boats and fishing entering and leaving the port. This very neat interior room also has the following facilities: satellite TV with foreign channels, hifi, free WIFI. The ground floor also has a dressing room and WC.

On the first floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC as well as two bedrooms with full sea view, facing south and west, each with a 160X190 bed; special care was given to the bedding.

On the second floor, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed with full sea view and also view of the walled city, shower, washbasin and WC

Perfect house in perfect location

Villa les Pins is stylishly but also very functionally designed and decorated. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and even better. The terrace was wonderful with superb views to the sea. The location was peaceful and perfect for jogs and walks along the seaside path and visits to the centre of Concarneau. We will definitively come back to this house!

Gorgeous house: tasteful, comfortable, luminous, quiet,in impeccable condition. bedrooms, bedding, all appointments, dining area, terrace simply perfect Stunning view on the bay. Have been holiday renting world wide for many years and this home rates at the very top of our list. Close to the old town, shopping centers. Wonderful caring and discreet owners. Beautiful, modern and well-equipped house with fantastic location at the bay of Concarneau

We had a wonderful three-week stay in this house. The house is in a fantastic location at the bay of Concarneau, the old town is within walking distance. The house itself is modernly designed and furnished, bright and open and overall well divided. The equipment is also very good. With five people we felt very comfortable here at any time. The contact with the owner was always very good, fast and reliable. We absolutely recommend this place!

a perfect vacation

To sum up our experience - we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed every minute. The communication before arriving went very smoothly and in a very welcoming and friendly way. The place was impeccable clean and well described in the advertisement. We found everything we needed and that what was agreed upon. Checkout went uncomplicated and quick. All in all a clear recommendation with five stars.

Simply fantastic!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this lovely house. The accommodation completely reflects the pictures in the ad - modern and stylishly furnished, well-equipped kitchen, fantastic seaview, generous-sized balcony, lovely garden, great location (seconds away from walking track, minute's walk from the little boat which takes you directly and quickly to the Ville Close and a few minutes walk to 2 little restaurants.). If you prefer to drive, only 5 minutes from town. Hosts were incredibly helpful with tips and responded to queries very quickly. Received deposit back within 2 days. At least two golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Can recommend this accommodation and these hosts 110%

We spent two weeks in july in this beautiful house.It is situated in a dead end street with neighbouring houses inhabited mostly by residents, so it is very quiet and there is practically no traffic. The car can be parked in the street in front of the gate which was never a problem.The house is very bright and friendly with a spacious living area. All windows on this floor are floor-to-ceiling and have direct access to the terrace which makes it also easy to ventilate.The bedrooms are also very nice and have enough space in the cupboards for the baggage of two weeks (and even more).A highlight is the room in the attic which can be reached via a little spiral staircase and has its own small bathroom including a shower. The skylights are located directly above the bed.All windows have a view of the bay, the sea or the Ville close.The distance to the coastal footpath with access to various beaches and the old town (Ville close) is less than 50 m; a bakery and a very small supermarket are a 10-minutes-walk away.At the end, the photos do not promise too much. It was a two perfekt weeks for us.

Großes, helles, hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage in zweiter Reihe vom Ozean. Das Haus ist von den Gastgebern mit kräftigen Geschmacksimpulsen individuell eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Freundlicher Empfang und tadelloser Umgang mit einem Mangel (der Kamin war durch einen Sturm beschädigt und deshalb nicht benutzbar). Unkomplizierter und direkter Kontakt auch während des Aufenthalts, trotzdem niemals aufdringlich. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Odile ist stets sehr zügig (über Portal oder SMS) und sehr herzlich. Sie gibt auf Anfrage gerne und tolle, passende Tipps. Der persönliche Empfang von Odile und Serge war Urlaubsgefühl und Willkommensein vom ersten Moment an.Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht zu toppen. Sicht auf das Meer und direkt am Küstenweg in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Fußläufig ist die Personenfähre zur Ville close erreichbar. War auch für meine 87-jährige Schwiegermutter machbar. Pro Fahrt werden auch bis zu zwei Fahrräder mitgenommen; ideal für einen Einkauf in Concarneau in der Markthalle, Fisch-, Käse- oder Bioladen.Wer sich bewegen möchte, hat neben Indoor-Fitness mit Blick auf das Meer, viele Möglichkeiten. Wir waren aussichtsreiche E-Radtouren und Wanderungen machen. Das nächste Mal werden wir die Golfsachen mitnehmen.Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, in der das Kochen mit den regionalen Zutaten einfach nur Spaß macht. Lektüre wie z. B. Reiseführer und Kochbücher. Hochwertig auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher.Neben der Sauberkeit überall ist besonders die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit einem Designmix zu erwähnen. Die liebevoll ausgewählte bzw. selbst gestaltete Dekoration runden das „Bild“ und Wohlfühlen ab.Keine Frage für uns, dass die nächste Reise zu Odile und Serge bereits in Planung ist. À bientôt

La maison de location d'Odile et Serge, située dans un quartier pavillonnaire très tranquille, est très agréable et décorée avec goût. Deux beaux points de vue sur la mer dont une anse avec bateaux au mouillage. Un excellent point de départ pour de magnifiques visites.

Ein stilvolles Haus am Meer

Unsere Familie, mit drei Kindern im Teenageralter, verbrachte diesen Sommer zum zweiten Mal einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus. Es ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Viel Kunst und Design, zum Teil aus Concarneau selber, schafft eine stilvolle und anregende Atmosphäre im Haus. Doch das eigentliche Highlight bleibt die Sicht auf das Meer und die Küste. Man kann sich direkt vom Haus aus auf den Küstenweg zum Wandern oder Joggen begeben. In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz ist eine tolle Bäckerei, ein Spar und ein Fischhändler zu erreichen. Etliche ausgezeichnete Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die freundlichen Besitzer des Hauses stehen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können diesen wundervollen Ort für einen gelungenen Bretagne-Urlaub wärmstens empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Komfort. Das WLAN läuft einwandfrei. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ruhig, direkt am Küstenwanderweg, über den man Concarneau in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig (+ 1 Minute Übersetzen mit einem Boot) erreichen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Odile und Serge

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir waren zu dritt (Kind 12 Jahre ) über Weihnachten und Sylvester in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Alles war sehr saubrer und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu genießen. Die Vermieter waren sehr gut zu erreichen und reagieren umgehend. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Ruhe Erholung Wohlfühlen

In der zweiten Reihe zum Meer aber mit Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick in völlig ruhiger Lage. Zum Uferweg 50 Meter um spazieren zu gehen oder in das Zentrum der Stadt zum Shoppen, Essen . Haus hat eine hochwertige Küche( Bulthaupt) und mit viel Liebe und Designerstücken eingerichtete Räume und schönen Bildern an der Wand. Offenes lichtdurchflutetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts um sich wohl zu fühlen. Fragen beantwortet die charmante Gastgeberin sofort. Wer also wirklich Urlaub machen will ist hier richtig Kommen vielleicht in ein, zwei Jahren wieder.

Excellent séjour

Magnifique maison bretonne avec vue sur mer, décorée avec beaucoup d’élégance par les propriétaires. Merci à Mme Ricoult pour son accueil et ses conseils. Cette région et particulièrement cette côte du littoral est très belle (magnifiques villages, belles plages, sentiers côtiers )etc.. Coup de cœur assuré avec un dépaysement total !

Magnifique maison

Odile nous a accueilli chaleureusement dans une splendide maison. Pour tous les amoureux du design cette maison est un vrai bonheur ! Le mobilier comme les objets ont été choisi avec gout et l'ambiance est agréable car la décoration n'est pas impersonnelle, ce qui est rare. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'aménagement très fonctionnel ainsi que son équipement. La vue sur la mer est un vrai plus que nous avons apprécié chaque jour. Odile et son mari ont répondu présent dès qu'un problème a pu se présenter à nous. Nous recommandons vivement leur gite et espérons pouvoir y revenir très vite.
