This beautifully decorated top-floor condo has a vaulted ceiling and a stunning view of the slopes and fall foliage from the balcony. There is also a fold-down bar on the balcony for having a drink while enjoying the scenery. Located in the main building of the resort, where all of the amenities are located, but on the top floor, where there is quiet, this condo has the best of both worlds.
There are many ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Killington. The colder winter months will lead to all snow-related activities, from skiing and snowboarding to snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The warmer summer months have everything from hiking, swimming, and kayaking to more family fun at Killington Adventure Center with zip lines, a mountain coaster, and more. After spending all that time outdoors, the road up the mountain is lined with fantastic restaurants for just about every taste.
THINGS TO KNOW This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice; the shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Vacasa will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. The restaurant is closed for the summer season, but will re-open for the winter season.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6.
Security camera details: There are active security cameras in the hallways and outside of the buildings.
Ski shuttle details: A short walk to Killington’s Snowshed Lodge, or take the free shuttle bus! During ski season, a free shuttle bus runs the two-minute ride to Snowshed Base Lodge; every 15 minutes on weekends, every 30 minutes on weekdays.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The key with this place is its location within Mountain Green and the fact that it has a dedicated indoor parking spot for it. I've stayed in this building before and it can be great but it is very large and sprawling, some locations aren't great. This one is, it's top floor and within the main building in which there is a ski shop and a restaurant, and it's a very short walk to the buses which run constantly to the mountain (or a not-too-long walk to the lifts). Otherwise the place is solid, a little dated in places but it has flavor and we liked it. No complaints, really, and with this location I'd 100% stay here again.

I loved the area and the room and the view. I felt it was very cozy. The only issue I had were the beds. I’m a big guy so the singles in the bedroom were a bit too small so I slept on the fold out couch but the mattress was thin and wasn’t the most comfortable because you could feel that bar under the mattress. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place and the kitchen was perfect for cooking our own mini thanksgiving meal. Our main problem was that the wifi did not work and nobody could figure out how to fix it. Thankfully we were able to use a hotspot to watch movies and tv on a laptop, but it would have been really nice to have the wifi so we didn’t have to use all of our hotspot data.

We had a great time skiing at Killington. Amazing mountain!
The condo was in a perfect location right next to Snowshed and Ramshead. The mountain view out the window was amazing.
The covered parking was a nice perk. There are height restrictions in the garage so make sure your vehicle will fit. I forget the limit, but my non-lifted jeep wrangler hit the height bar at the entrance.
Owner/manager were a little slow at responding to questions. Most of my questions could have been avoided if the listing had more info.
Having a nice bar/restaurant in the building was a great perk too. Especially when you don't feel like heading out after a long day on the slopes.
Overall it's a great place and would recommend it.

Nice condo , great location. Added bonus was indoor parking. However was disappointing that no one warned us there’s no tv services unless you personally subscribe to a streaming app. But more frustrating was the fact we had no toilet paper upon arrival and 3 phone calls and many messages later we still could find no one to provide toilet paper - which was supposed to be available in the starter kit. So unfortunately we had to drive to go to local store which was inconvenient and frustrating . So although we recommend the condo we were not impressed by the management company

slow to heat up, sink clogged nice view
The property took about 4 hours to heat up, dust near the heater in living room , the sink was clogged from the minute we arrived and took multiple message and phone calls to get it fixed 3 days later on a 4 days stay. Nice view, one of two building elevators broken as was the case last year so long wait for single elevator. Car park area has very low ceiling, knocks skis off ski rack if you go through with them. Parking area seems to be continually under construction as it was last year.

The location is amazing. The shuttle picks you up right outside the entrance. Covered parking also amazing. Everything else not so amazing.This room is in building 3 which is the first building in the complex. A little confusing to figure out at 1 am. Roads around the complex were not at all plowed and figuring they were incredibly windy was a bit concerning. The twin bed set up was weird. I figured they were twin beds that you could push together to make a full bed but not at all. I felt like I was back in college but even my college bed was bigger and WAY more comfortable. This bed was like sleeping on a stone.The toilet paper and paper towels were dollar store quality. We found out while on the mountain that this complex was going through bankruptcy. Everything made a lot more sense after that. The place was cheaper than most other bookings but next time I may spend a few extra dollars and get a comfier room.

Very Cozy
We had a good stay. The condo was cozy and just what we were looking for.
Condo was clean , had great views and easy access to mountains. Although not an issue for us we did not realize there would be a set of stairs since G level has no elevator access. Worth mentioning in case stairs are an issue but overall a nice condo.
Excellent spot with an incredible view. Clean, well-stocked and having the fireplace is a great feature.

We somewhat enjoyed this weekend getaway in early December. With the current state of the pandemic I understand that some amenities will not be available, and that’s completely understandable. Whenever the buildings decide to close down pools, exercise areas, etc. thats one thing. However, vacasa should make it their responsibility to update and reflect that in the description so you know what to expect for your stay. We expected and PAID FOR, amenities that were not available and that was a huge waste of money. We thought our stay was going to be well relaxed with indoor jacuzzi, pool, and fireplace. We were stuck in our room with nothing but the basic amenities (kitchen, table, tv). Even the fireplace was one of our main reasons for choosing this home and it did not even work. We could have picked a regular hotel or literally anything else for way way less and got the same amenities that we were actually provided with. Overpriced. Not up to date. Vacasa needs work.

We do note in our listing these amenities are closed until at least the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19. The fireplace is regularly inspected by a fire marshal and is currently working correctly. Wood is provided free of charge. Please do not hesitate to call if you need help getting the fireplace up and running. We hope to see you again!

The condo matched up exactly with the listing. It is ideally located on the top floor of the main building. It is very comfortable with a nice view of Killington. It is absolutely possible to walk to the lifts. As a family of four, we were very happy with our stay. The whole process was smooth. Thank you very much.
