Two-room apartment completely renovated (February 2015) located on the first floor of a Juvarra building, 300 meters from Piazza Castello.
The apartment consists of a living room parquetted with sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom with parquet, bathroom with spacious shower.
The kitchen is complete with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and various accessories.
There are oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, television, free wifi internet, triple glazing and security door.
The heating is autonomous, adjustable and programmable.
Cleaning fee 30 euros.

Within walking distance: Piazza Castello, Mole Antonelliana (Cinema Museum), Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Madama, Palazzo Reale, Piazza Vittorio, Piazza San Carlo, Duomo, Via Roma, Via Po, Via Garibaldi, Porta Palazzo Market.

Eccelente soggiorno

La settimana nell'appartamento di Federica è stata fantastica. La posizione è imbattibile. Se non vuoi muoverti a piedi, puoi prendere l'autobus o il tram. La fermata è a pochi metri. Federica è gentilissima e attenta, è sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Per citare qualcosa di negativo è che a volte si sente il rumore del tram. Se torno a Torino contatterò Federica!

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà per un weekend nel mese di Novembre. Casa curata e pulita. Proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizionata in centro, è perfetta per girare la città a piedi scordandosi della macchina. Il problema può essere parcheggiarla quando si arriva, ma la proprietaria fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie.

In un piccolo spazio il massimo comfort

Soggiorno gradevolissimo, confortevole, divertente, le piazze più belle di Torino sono a pochi passi e sotto casa ci sono bei bar, locali, negozi interessanti, ma nell'appartamento i rumori della città arrivano attutiti, niente ci ha disturbato, neanche il passaggio del tram, perché ci sono i tripli vetri. Federica è stata premurosa e paziente, insomma, Francis lo consigliamo a tutti!

TUTTO FANTASTICO

Buongiorno Federica, cosa dire ... come sentirsi a casa. La location è quanto di meglio non poteva essere, la casa è stata perfetta in tutto: posizione invidiabile per vedere Torino a piedi; comfort e poi dotata di tutto quello che necessita, anche dei cerotti per chi non è abituato a camminare tanto ... Sei stata unica anche nel consentirci di stare fino all'ultimo minuto evitandoci di andare in giro per la città con i bagagli. Insomma ... tutto magnifico per una magnifica città che merita ulteriori approfondimenti, e a questo punto saprò sicuramente dove appoggiarmi. Un caro saluto Federica dalla fam Barone di Roma.

Short trip with friends

It was really pleasant for me and my friends to stay at Federica apartment. The location is absolutely perfect and it is really clean. Federica is available almost 24/24 and she's really nice. We'll definitely do it again!
