Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was warm, welcoming and the location was absolutely amazing. We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay that we were sad to have to leave at the end. The listings photos and descriptions were accurate and up to date. The photos were spot on and it even appeared nicer in person. Such a refreshing thing as too often photos and descriptions are way better than what you find upon arrival. Would love to stay here again someday and experience the lovely town of Cap D’Agde again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Belle maison toute équipée

TrĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs bien situĂ©e proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  qq minutes Ă  pied (Ă©picerie resto boulangerie commerces et activitĂ©s) propretĂ© impeccable, rien ne manquait dans la cuisine (il y a mĂȘme une cocotte presto, un autocuiseur Ă  riz, une mixeur Ă  main, des ustensiles pour fruits de mer

Tolle Ferienwohnung...aber

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und geschmack-voll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtet und befindet sich an einer Toplage. Tolle Gartenmöbel und LiegestĂŒhle sind ebenfalls vorhanden was den Aufenthalt verschönert. Schlechte Erfahrung mussten wir allerdings mit der Sauberkeit erleben. Die Wohnung wurde uns am 14.07.24 (Nationalfeiertag) ĂŒbergeben. Wohl fand eine kurze Grundreinigung statt. Jedoch haben wir die KĂŒche, insbesondere die Pfannen, einige Teller und Kochlöffel (Ei vom VorgĂ€nger) selbst reinigen mĂŒssen. Leider hat Herr Cordee-Roy die Hinweise betreffend "Sauberkeit" ĂŒberhaupt nicht ernst genommen und ins lĂ€cherliche gezogen. Das gehört sich fĂŒr einen Hauswart in diesem Preissegment ĂŒberhaupt nicht ! Zudem, dass eine Zwischenreinigung nach 1 Woche im Preis inbegriffen ist, wurde nicht erwĂ€hnt. Dies mussten wir selbst in Erfahrung bringen durch nachfragen. Diese fand am Samstag statt. Das Personal hat sauber und speditiv gearbeitet. Das erschreckende daran war, dass dazu nicht der offizielle Hauseingang oder der Garteneingang benĂŒtzt wurden, sondern dass diese Personen unangemeldet durch die Garage die Wohnung betreten haben. Ebenso hat das Personal die Wohnung verlassen, jedoch ohne Hinweis. Somit waren am Wochenende die GaragentĂŒr und der Zugang zur Wohnung einfach offen. Wir hatten von 5 Betten, welche neu bezogen worden sind, 3 x zu kleine LeintĂŒcher erhalten.Was fĂŒr sehr unruhige NĂ€chte gesorgt hat. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schönes Haus, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet
. eine WohlfĂŒhloase, wir sind begeistert. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher wurden bereitgestellt. Ende September war es am Wochenende auf dem gegenĂŒberliegenden Platz durch Veranstaltungen (mit Musik) recht laut. Vielen Dank an unseren netten Kontakt Isabelle!

Wunderbares Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön, komfortabel und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, auf einer nur privat zugĂ€nglichen Insel aber doch sehr zentral, dass man in wenigen Schritten bei den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist. Die Einweisung durch den Verwalter war sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich, kompetent und grĂŒndlich.

C’est la 5 fois que je loue une maison sur l’üle Martin Ă  Cap d’Agde. Toujours trĂšs content ( autrement je revenais pas). Cette fois la maison Ă©tais vraiment degelas. Airco marche pas , pas de cousin sur les siĂšge, garage pas clean

Belle maison

Belle maison trĂšs proche des activitĂ©s et restaurants. Mr Roy est trĂšs disponible et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le seul bĂ©mol de la maison pour nous a Ă©tĂ© le bruit. Juste en face des bars la musique est assez forte jusqu'Ă  1h du matin. Il est nĂ©cessaire d'avoir des boule quies dans les 2 chambres vue mer si vous ĂȘtes sensible aux bruits.

Cadre idyllique, maison trÚs bien située

La maison est assez vaste pour 2 familles avec enfants. Convient également aux bébés puisqu'il y a tout le nécessaire (lit bébé, chaise haute, poussette,...) mais attention aux escaliers (pas de barriÚre sécurisée). La situation est idéale sur une ßle piétonne et la vue est idyllique sur le port et la grande roue.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. Great view of the harbour, nice terrace with jaccuzzi. The living area is very spacious and nicely furnished. Very good and nice reception and help at any time if you need it. To be recommended!

Magnifique location de vacances

La maison est grande et splendide. Tout est parfait et trĂšs confortable. Cuisine parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Garage privĂ© avec accĂšs direct Ă  la maison, pratique avec les valises. 3 grandes chambres. PropriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e et sĂ©curisĂ©e. TrĂšs belle marina. Le luxe d'ĂȘtre dans le jacuzzi face aux bateaux, c'est magique. Accueil chaleureux. Nous Ă©tions comme Ă  la maison Ă  NoĂ«l , la douceur et le soleil du Sud de la France en plus. Nous espĂ©rons revenir.

Belle maison

C'est une belle maison, bien spacieuse avec toutes commoditĂ©s. Jacuzzi au top. Linge et drap fournis, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Dommage que sur l'annonce il n'est pas notĂ© qu'il y a une poussette ça m'aurait Ă©vitĂ© d'emporter la mienne. Bon le bruit est tout de mĂȘme omniprĂ©sent jusqu'au moins 1 heure du matin en aoĂ»t Ă  cause de la musique des restaurants d'en face. Le plus gros dĂ©savantage pour nous a Ă©tĂ© la prĂ©sence des moustiques, en fin de sĂ©jour mon fils Ă©tait rempli de piqĂ»res. Petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© de la cuisine (casseroles mal lavĂ©es, la plancha Ă©tait trop sale pour s'en servir, dommage car elle est bien grande). Dernier point, le lave linge, le sĂšche linge et les plaques Ă©lectriques sont obsolĂštes et font vraiment tĂąches par rapport Ă  cette belle maison. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour.

Fantastic vacation: Thanks to Mr Roy for a great welcome and periodically checking if we needed anything. Mr Roy also was also very nice to accommodate our departure time for the check out (Way early in the Morning). Also thank you to Mme Laur to facilitate the reservation/booking and being very accommodating. Great property: no need for a car except for groceries, very safe quiet gated in island and parking. Tons of activities within walking distance. Coach boat to get to the beach, Open air market on Wednesdays. Definitively on our list of returns

Maison trÚs bien équipée, proche des commerces et néanmoins tranquille (du moins en cette période du mois de juin). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir accéder directement du garage à notre logement Monsieur Roy, qui nous a reçus, est accueillant, prévenant et trÚs sympathique.
