Only 2 minute stroll to the closest beach! This beach chic, 2 bed, 1 bath condo has just been updated with brand new flooring, and a fully remodeled bathroom with custom-tiled, large walk-in shower. It features stylish and comfortable furnishings with tropical, beach-inspired décor.

This lovely ground floor condo is fully furnished and stocked with all of your modern amenities and comforts of home near the beach. There is an AC unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a Smart TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom, for your entertainment. The unit includes parking and WiFi, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience there are coin operated laundry facilities located just around the corner in the same building.

Kihei Garden Estates features a custom tiled pool and whirlpool spa along with a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. The property has lush grounds with plumeria’s, mango and coconut trees, hibiscus and palms.

The Kihei Garden Estates complex, is quiet and well-maintained. The condo is conveniently located close to parking and pool. Ideally located in central Kihei makes it very accessible. It’s just a short walk to some of Kihei’s best dining and shopping. Kihei Garden Estates is also on the same block as a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, making it very easy to enjoy your favorite water sports or a leisurely stroll along the beach. The complex is within 3-15 min drive of ALL of the best and most popular beaches in South Maui.

Incredible Hospitality - can’t wait to return!

The VIP team was incredibly responsive & their Aloha was felt through every correspondence. My family & I were beyond pleased with how beautifully decorated and clean the condo was. The thoughtfulness of having laundry soap, dish soap, beach towels, extra blankets & towels, laundry baskets & all the kitchenware were just a few of the things that sparked extra joy for us! We never had to worry about a thing. My family reunited here after 10years and it meant the world to have a safe clean space- this condo felt like a home for us. Conveniently located next to so many great restaurants, we were able to share meals in the condo together with ease. Highly recommend staying here- we can’t wait to return! Thank you to the team for being so wonderful to us and for sharing so much Aloha!

Very comfortable stay.

At the listed price, this place in Maui is a steal. It's clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the best part is that you can easily walk to the beach.

Wonderful Condo

If you are planning to stay in Kihei, this condo is a wonderful option. The facility is nice and quite, near the beach, as well as centrally located in Kihei. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Very walkable to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The beach across the street has beautiful views, but not swimmable. But very nice swimming areas 1-2 miles away.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and grocery store. Property was clean and the jacuzzi was nice and warm. The property manager responded to questions ASAP, and was very communicative. The property also had beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler, among many other beach-related items. Great bang for the buck!

Great location!

Having a grocery store a half block away was great and the beach is only another half block away! Also - an Avis rental car is only about three blocks away so don't rent at the airport. It will save you a lot of money! Nice condo and nice pool also!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, email has all info. Condo has plenty of towels and beach chairs. I like the shower head. Areas of improvement: cleaners need to wash sheets + pillow cases. I saw stains & pubic hair on sheets. I had to wash them before first night of use. Lock in front door was hard to use.

The location is fantastic and Emily was great. My only complaint is that the property is outdated. Needs to be updated and because of the age, was noisy at times.

The decor was lovely & the layout great for a young couple with 2 small children. Modern & bright. No tub for bathing the kids. Lanai is street side so not as private.

We loved the location and the interior was perfect for our beach stay! Nicely updated!! I was a little disappointed in the location in the condo association, since I thought it looked into the garden, but looked onto a road. Overall location of the condo was perfect to walk to food, groceries and beach!! Thanks for the fun!!

Everything needed for a Maui adventure!

This property was perfect for our vacation in Maui. We loved that we could just walk out the door and walk 2 minutes to the beach. The best part was that the condo comes with several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even sand toys for the kiddos! Also, the grocery store right next door was super convenient. The A/C units were a great perk as well! If I had any questions or needed anything, the management team was incredibly responsive and professional. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great Maui vacation!

We booked this property when it was newly listed so it had not been rated yet. We were not disappointed. It is conveniently located, clean, and very cutely decorated. We enjoyed this property and would absolutely stay again. We enjoyed the storage in the guest rooms so much, we purchased something similar for our own guest rooms. You won't be disappointed, this a great property. Property management was very friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Fantastic Kihei Condo almost right on the beah

Everything was so clean. Nicely supplied. Great spot for walking to awesome food and best of all to the beach. Out the door and there you are. Lots of turtles, whales. Sunsets are absolutely amazing. Didn't always get up for sunrise but the few times, they were stunning. Easy access to Pi'ilani HWY which will take you anywhere. As a former local it was a refreshing return to Maui. Love the Aloha spirit! Mahalo for a great vacation spot!
